I ordered 3 food long Philly cheese steak. 3 of the steak were cold, not warm enough, cheese
Were not melted, and bread was not fresh. So I let the woman my thoughts about our subways thinking that they will apologize. The answer was “oh my god” and two ladies were laughing how I can do that and how I can not appreciate what they deserve for me. It was so rude, I payed for steak and it was cold and they didn’t care about it. I like subway but this location were the worse subway location for me. Every one can have bad day but at least a sorry can solve the problem, their rudeness was unacceptable. So rude workers.

Their selection suck's now. They don't have Swiss cheese anymore and everything that I liked from before the changes is gone. Price is way to high. Last time I'm going here.

The worker saw that I was holding a coupon and told me that they don't accept coupons of a couple specific types. I found this very odd. Why make a coupon sheet and it to hundreds of thousands of people and then say we don't accept those. Pretty bad service. They should of just accepted them and moved on.

Can you please not charge customers for their sandwiches before you take them down the line to see everything they want on their sandwich. For example I decided I wanted avocado and the lady told me no because I should have told the girl at the register. I asked if she can charge it as a side she said no, I then ask her to reimburse me, she said no because there wasn’t a manager around and she didn’t know how to do it.

It's clean and and they were friendly but the service was a bit slow. Maybe acknowledge your customers when they come in so they don't leave when the wait is so long.

Place is awesome but there is a particular employee that closes that seems to wanna leave right at closing when he works. The door is always locked 10-15 min before closing so ive scrambled to get there several times to be there before they close only to find the door locked and im s.o.l.!!

went in today and geeezzzz where's them $5 ft longs..... owner must be money hungry, but on the bright side, the girl with the green hair had a great greeting smile and was fast at making a sweet onion teriyaki, and always asked if anything else to add.
