Attitude adjustments are needed in this place, I mean I did not tell you to work at Subway. You signed the application fool, but I ask them to chop my vegetables up because my teeth are having problems at the moment Besides that I get my vegetables always chopped. They told me they are not chopping my vegetables, like why do you work here. It’s a thing called customized order like grow up and stop pushing your customers away.

Overall, the food was good, but the customer service was terrible as usual door most subways and retail stores are like that. They have a combination right now where you can order a pizza and get a drink. The thing is I didn't see it until after I ordered and paid and the lady was saying I can't get the drink now because the register won't let me get the drink. Play a song basically I paid for the pizza but I didn't get the drink in the cashier that helps me didn't tell me about it

Ordered online and when I tell you they missed things from this order. I asked for it toasted, red onions and extra olives. I didn't not relieve any of that. the other sandwiched were also not toasted and missing some things from their sandwich. Also the yellow peppers tastes kind of old.

We ordered this through the app, and it was ready at the promised time. We wanted to eat it there. That option was not on the app. I really prefer ordering at the store so I can get what I want. I like lots of lettuce and tomato on my sandwich. Even though I always check the "more" button for these items, I really see no difference from the normal amount on the sandwich. If I order in store, I can ask them to add more. Other than that, the sandwiches were great. There were other customers there ordering in store, so we did not have much interaction with staff other than asking for water.My husband has gotten the spicy Italian for years, and he just got one a little over a week ago, but it no longer appears on the menu. It seems to have been replaced with a premium sandwich with 2x cheese and a small price increase.The store and tables were clean, and staff was quick to respond on letting us into the bathroom to wash our hands.

We just walked in and unfortunately couldn't get a name but a female was cleaning, didn't wash her hands, put the liner were there was waste dirty water was as they removed the white stands and was ready to serve us like that? We are humans, paying customers and greed her nice for her to treat us like the way she did. Hope management talk to that girl in specific as she doesn't deserve to be there nor to be pay $17 for doing nothing. We are not usually like this but she did nothing to make us feel welcomed and safe to eat there.

Worst service I have had coming here after 13 years.
12 minutes I stood standing there while only 1 staff member couldn’t acknowledge that they’d be with me nor the others in line.

Slow to put the sandwhich together. Not listening correctly for the ingredients.
