We ordered this through the app, and it was ready at the promised time. We wanted to eat it there. That option was not on the app. I really prefer ordering at the store so I can get what I want. I like lots of lettuce and tomato on my sandwich. Even though I always check the "more" button for these items, I really see no difference from the normal amount on the sandwich. If I order in store, I can ask them to add more. Other than that, the sandwiches were great. There were other customers there ordering in store, so we did not have much interaction with staff other than asking for water.My husband has gotten the spicy Italian for years, and he just got one a little over a week ago, but it no longer appears on the menu. It seems to have been replaced with a premium sandwich with 2x cheese and a small price increase.The store and tables were clean, and staff was quick to respond on letting us into the bathroom to wash our hands.

We just walked in and unfortunately couldn't get a name but a female was cleaning, didn't wash her hands, put the liner were there was waste dirty water was as they removed the white stands and was ready to serve us like that? We are humans, paying customers and greed her nice for her to treat us like the way she did. Hope management talk to that girl in specific as she doesn't deserve to be there nor to be pay $17 for doing nothing. We are not usually like this but she did nothing to make us feel welcomed and safe to eat there.

My 7yo son has been begging to try Subway so we finally took him and he wanted to dine inside. We got there at 8:15 and they close at 9, 45 minutes should have been plenty of time but they took 25 mins to make 3 sandwiches and a protein bowl. We were told the two employees making sandwiches were new, ok it's no problem. We weren't in a rush. At 8:50 the main employee told us they would be closing in 10 minutes. We said ok even though we weren't done, we tried to hurry and finish up. But our kids needed to use the restroom since we had a far drive home. At 9 on the dot they turned the lights off on us while we were clearing our table. I understand you have business hours but that seemed a little rude to me. My kids were scared that it was dark in there and they wouldn't use the restroom at that point. If they didn't take so long making our sandwiches then we would have had more time.

Hello beautiful yelpers. I mean how hard is it to make a sandwich right ? Well I got a veggie sandwich and it was okay. However, the bread was light skin aka maybe done but not done. The young lady who made my sandwich was nice though . Didnt get an attitude with I asked for more of something. Pieology gets in my nerves with that , like Im not getting no meat and this isn't coming out your paycheck , load the veggies up.Con: bread wasn't cooked thoroughly

I love their sandwiches, they are always generous with the portions, I've also come across a lot of employees with pleasant attitudes and that are very attentive. the service is pretty fast, the only reason I'm giving them 4 stars is because one of their employees named heather made me feel uncomfortable during my visit. My boyfriend was ordering for him and myself, I asked for a water cup, so I could try one of their soda options to make sure it wasnt watery so I could purchase a soda cup with my meal. As a poured a little bit of soda into the cup, Heather began to Embarrass me in front of everyone in the store by stating that " technically water cups, only get water," I then began to respond with the fact that I knew that and I explained to her that I was just trying a little bit of the product to make sure it wasn't watered down so I can purchase a cup. Heather continued to roll her eyes, chuckle, and say "regardless it's called a water cup for a reason". Everyone looked up at me and just stared. Is it coming out of your paycheck heather? The place was super clean though

Worker named destiny totally ruined the entire experience. Extremely rude and ghetto and dirty looking. She didn't wash her hands between all the things she was doing, she was rude to everyone acting like she had somewhere better to be, and she was not listening to anyone's requests. She makes the sandwiches with hate, you can tell she's a miserable person probably at the peak of her success in life. I can't believe she has a job she must know someone in the company because there's no way anyone hired her. My friend who goes there often said usually that girl is outside smoking blunts and she posts personals as her real job and this is just a cover. Well. I think she should stick to what she knows because she isn't good at customer service or making sandwiches. She can hardly speak English, she's so busy pretending to be black. As a white woman it's embarrassing to be in the presence of another white woman acting like that. My friend, who is black, felt like she was being mocked by the girl and who knows maybe she's right. Because how can someone really be like that and have a job. Due to the dirty hands and arms I did not order. My friend's food was ugly just like the girl. I would not recommend, this location is so close to other cheap food and they all have better service. The only way I'd ever go back is if I somehow learn that she's gone because I don't spend my money at establishments where the workers are snobby and disrespectful like she was. Not to mention she just makes the whole place look dirty. Your staff represents your brand and if Subway stands by destiny then subway isn't for me or anyone else with basic standards.Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly. Destiny would rip a kids head off. I pity any child who comes across that beast of a girl and pray that she doesn't have any of her own.

The girl who assisted me was very sweet but my rating is more towards the app because most of the deals have to be purchase via the app and there is not code that can be applied when ordering at the restaurant. Food was good and the ambiance is much cleaner and more hip than when I used to order often back when I was in high school. They have gotten more expensive over time but there are so many deals offered on the app that make me visit more often.

some lady with tattoos and everything, she did make our sandwiches but she was clearly having an attitude towards my indian parents who understood less. she would choose me and give a cold shoulder towards my parents to "explain" . something was off and there was definitely a bit of an attitude. good service but like it's obvious when there's a bit of an attitude, no?
