Christine's attention to detail saved me from having to come back to get the correct order. The other two people working the line were clearly not paying attention and didn't appear to want to be there but Christine's customer service didn't go unnoticed. Thank you!

Magaly had excellent customer service, big smiles and even cracked a few jokes. The sandwich was amazing! And even made sure my special request of a singlePickle was on the sandwich.

The employee who did my sandwich was rude. I came in, she said please wait. I'll be with you. I asked if they had the jalapeño bread she said, yeah and before I processed, she said "what Kind do you want" From that point forward she was short, rude and lacked in customer attention. When she finished ny sandwich I said, ir would be for here ( typically food goes in a basket) she said " well I'm still going to give you a bag, what if you don't finish it" ( not polite) I said, I'll eat it here and if needed, I'll get a bag, no need to give me one yet. She said, no. They always ask for it. I think she was being rude. One thing is being attentive knowing her job and another rude .I'm never coming here.

Slow service ordered on app to try to save time and still had to wait 20 minutes for a sandwich

You know what you'll get with Subway and that is a mildly healthier option to fast food when you need a quick bite. We were between meetings and Subway worked.

Not sure how many stars to give or take away for this situation. I will start with the good. I was greeted and waited on immediately. The sandwich toppings looked fresher than normal the bread was fresh and the girl making my sandwich was great. Now the not so good. A guy filling his fountain drink stopped and took a drink out of the cup...and put the cup back on the dispenser after his lips touched the cup...I immediately told the young man at the register what had just happened. His response "it s ok he paid for two drinks". ‍ wait what?? Who cares what he paid for. I told him it not sanitary and that's how diseases are spread. He just looked at me and walked in the back. I opted for a soda in a bottle from the fridge. Hopefully the girl who made my sandwich went and sanitized everything but since she said nothing I'm guessing not. Subway do better.....

Wasn't the best sandwich I had from them. Didn't bother to spread out the ingredients and left jalapeño stems in my sandwich.

I go there a lot have to years it's a 5 min drive but when the guy was making my sandwich he barely put any meat on it. 4 very thin slices laid flat to that it barely makes it the length of my foot long sandwich. normally it's 2x as much each bend in half and laid across the thing from end to end. when i mentioned it looked like very little he showed me the paperwork stating that it's 4 slices now per foot long unless you pay basically double for the normal amount your used to.

Didn't even bother to eat there because when we went to use the bathrooms there was no soap or paper towels, and when I told the staff, they said the soap dispenser was broken and they were out of towels, "sorry". They didn't even put out a soap bottle. So clearly the staff aren't washing their hands before going back to work and handling the food. Totally unsanitary.

The only time to get a sandwich is when the guy is working. He actually fills your sandwich and charges you correctly based off what you're actually ordering. If he's not working you'll be charged for a different 10 cent cheaper sandwich and charged extra for bacon vs the price of the actual sandwich you ordered. Said no to extra bacon and was charged for extra bacon that I didn't recieve so be careful.
