Ordered on the app but the store never received my order. I had a confirmation number and a pending charge from my bank but the manager said there was nothing she could do. I'd be careful about ordering here if you're on a time crunch because there's no guarantee that you'll actually get your food.

This is the closest Subway to me, the owners are CHEAP! This location does NOT let you use any coupons or they do not participate in any promos! I will take my business to another location that lets customers use coupons.

The Asian dude makes the best sandwiches actually warms up the chicken before putting it on the sandwich too so it's hot when you eat it . . Not just toasty

I went here on 4/19/2022. Terrible Subway restaurant. This was a Terrible experience for two foot long Subs. I ordered these subs through the Subway App. 1st order was a Black Forest ham, 2nd order was an Italian sandwich. Both sandwiches were ordered with extra onions, extra tomatoes, extra cucumbers, and cheese. I specifically asked for a side of jalapeños and a side of Banana peppers. My Children do not eat jalapeños. This is why l asked for the jalapeños on the side. I picked up the order drove and home. When l got home, both sandwiches had very little of all the extras l ordered (as if they had run out of the veggies) and they had a lot of Jalapeños in them. I tried calling restaurant, but there was no information on the receipt. No telephone number or address on the receipt l. I went back the next day to speak with the manager. It was a waste of time. I spoke to Blanca (manager, who was moping at the time). I explained to here that the receipts had clear instructions about the two sandwiches I had ordered and that neither sub was done to my request. I showed here the receipts. She said "unfortunately she could not do anything because l did not call yesterday." I asked her where in the receipts is your restaurant address, Subway restaurant number, or the telephone number to call? She looked and she did not find a telephone number nor the other information in the receipt. Still, she said, she would not do anything to compensate me. All I could think was... how l paid for two footlong subs and my requests were not met. I felt disappointed, cheated, tricked, and very disturbed. This Subway restaurant is aiming at CHEATING customers and STEALING a customer's money. This place has poor management skills, poor customer service skills, poor filling APP orders, and terrible consideration for a customer that are cheated by their services. How do you expect a customer to contact the restaurant, if there is no address of business, no telephone number of business, and no restaurant number on receipts. Contacting Subway corporation requires you to have the restaurant number of the business. Using the Subway App for this Busness is a bad idea. I do not recommend it at all. You will not get what you pay for. I sure did not get what l paid for.

don't waste your money or time. they do not accept coupon's!!! customer service is awful and manager has a terrible attitude. these people want to argue with customers. no where does it states in writing that they don't take coupons ***beware++++ if you are on a budget do not come here. this subway is not a participate with subway coupons

1/13/22 Our office placed an office order. Asked for Avocado missing cheese missing. Called this fool says he's the Manager. He tells me he put the Avocado in that he made the sandwiches. Basically he called me a liar and that he has the video that he can show. He said no I am not saying your not telling the truth but we need proof. Classic Thief !! No customer skills, rude and no empathy. He did not even say SORRY. I wanted to share this review because we ordered online and did curb side pickup what was the point of that order. It's only Avocado you say, true but he did not have to lie POS. Steph he said Is his name. YOUR A THIEF AND A LIAR NOBODY LIKES A LYING THIEF!!! YOU MUST BE DESPERATE TO KEEP OUR WHOLE $4. KARMA COMES SOON.
