I love coming to this location. I am always welcomed and the staff is so friendly. My sandwich is always made properly and with lots of love. I have never had any problems with the workers here.

This store has been doing great ever since the management has been changed. I don’t know why this person name ANDONIOS TRIDIIMES posting their videos and photos which they not supposed to, that is defamation of privacy. The photo which he posted about the price is taken from some walmart stores it even has sign saying walmart stores. If you really want to leave a bad review if they gave you bad service at least don’t lie and upload a wrong photos from different stores

I went to subway to order three sandwiches. One sandwich, the first order, the girl read from my phone and said ok. What type of bread would you like and proceeded to tell me the types, I settled on ham and cheese to which they both exclaimed “ham and cheese” and I said yes please. The one clerk finally was able to say herb & cheese and I said ohhhh! We all smiled and she continued. I pointed to the $6.99 meal deal, because I wanted the “6 inch” sandwiches.
She ultimately messed up the order by putting all veggies on the first order which she read, so I said my friend won’t eat veggies, he hates them. She said, “ well he can take the veggies off” I replied or you can remake the sandwich. The clerk said no, that’s a huge waste and this sandwich will come off my check. I said I’m sorry, and she said your friend can just take the veggies off, I said or maybe you can eat the sandwich? and she said we don’t eat pork or meat (in retrospect, I should’ve told her to just take off the meat, like she told us to do). But I was in uniform, so I moved forward to grab two bags of chips and the other two sandwiches came from the oven. The other clerk said the price and it confused me because she said, the order is $56 dollars, and I asked why, she said because of the meal with chips. I didn’t understand so I said then put the chips back and she stated, you said foot long sandwiches. I replied ma’am I never said foot long. She stated yes you did, we have you on camera, turned to her co-worker and said, “ Didn’t he say foot long?” I told them you can check the video and you’ll see I never said foot long. She said, you can go to another Subway and told her co-worker that the two of them would pay for the sandwiches, packed them up and moved to the rear of the store. I asked for the managers name she said Jay and you can look up his contact information, I asked for their names and they refused, so I took images of there uniform and proceeded to leave, but then she said let me take a video of you, so I said ok & proceeded to tell the manager and of whom she chose to show the video what happened. She stopped the video and asked why are you being so nice. I shook my head left and took photo of the from store address. These women were not friendly, did not make my order correctly, up charged me for foot longs and were very rude.

Friendly staff. Fast service. However, one slice of roast beef makes for a poor sandwich. Basically a lettuce sandwich. I work nearby and won’t be returning.

I unfortunately had the misfortune of having an argument over poorly made sandwiches that I ordered online and wanted a justification of why there was no love placed in the making of them. Apart from the manager (or what appeared to be the manager), berating us and telling us that they were following subway standards, it did not make me feel as if we were being heard. When showing them the sandwiches and him rummaging his fingers to "show me" where the meat and the limited vegetables (I ordered more of everything) I felt as if there was no winning this argument. He offered a solution by only making me a 6 inch complementary sandwich instead of my footlong that I left untouched. I told him it wasn't about that but the standard. He eventually had enough and told his staff to make me the sandwiches and to forbid us from coming to this location ever again.
I normally never leave a negative review but I also have never been told that I was forbidden to set foot in a place of service.

Soo it's just about 1hr after opening on a Sunday. The employee states oven has not reached temp! So no toasted subs. Why?
Needa start on priorities when opening the store.

I be there 7:30pm and is marked they close at 8pm but the guy said is closed because is 7:30pm

Be aware of this place! I played an online order ' was charged but never got confirmation email ' so I couldn't be served.
They took my money without giving me the sandwiches.
Also this place is very dirty. They never can their knifes using it for the next costumer as it is. Also they hide their meat section ' so you can't see their freshness. Also the lettuce and tomatoes are always not fresh !

This is the 3rd time I visit this Subway and the food is good just like any other subway and prices are the same. If you sign up for the app and order through the app is cheaper or they often have promotions. I ordered #11 and it was good.
Gentlemen behind me ordered #10 and the lady told him they were no longer making that sandwich. It was still advertised on their menu and the guy said he had just gotten the sandwich last week at this same location. Idk what happened as I went to Dollar tree and on my drive back through subway the gentleman was still standing where you order.
Very inconvenient to have a menu and not cross out or remove items not longer served.

This my third time coming here with my 5 yr old always hoping that this place gets cleaned. very unsanitary tables, all windows, doors! lettuce looks like it’s been out for days floors. and very inappropriate music to have to ask to please lower the music down.while I’m sitting here the employee just sneezed! how disgusting over the food that customers order.subway do better
