We walked in and only one dude was working, he was working very slowly on another customers order, I wasn't greeted and I was sitting in the dining room for about 6 or 7 minutes wondering if we were going to be served, I stood up to the counter and waited for a minute and sat back down and me and my fiance decided it would be better if we ate somewhere else.

There was a teenage worker there around the 6 pm and he was really nice he made my sandwich like if it was the best part of his day. There was great customer service and the sandwich was good. This is now my main subway I hope to come here again.

Came from an anime convention, the 1 staff was really cool and chill, bro liked our one piece cosplay, meat and cheese was locked behind metal kept from public viewing? Rip to the tomatoes and cucumbers but other wise a fantastic sandwich also I asked for a large cup for soft drinks and was given a large Arby’s cup. There’s not an Arby’s near by for miles but that was the highlight of my weekend the Arby’s cup from subway is my favorite souvenir from trip.

AMAZING SERVICE. this was the best sandwich i had in my ENTIRE life. i dont know what this guy was cooking but he definitely served. also shoutout he gave me an arbys cup and he’s doing free advertising to a place he doesnt even work at. you guys should give him a raiseVegetarian options: im a vegan and this place slayss

the food is alright nothing special service is terrible the guy kept messing up my order I told him buffalo chicken my guy didnt put any sauce and they stock low on lemonade and was told to refill it 30 minutes ago there wasnt any rush hour the guy needs to put attetion

Yesterday I was there I had an online order and I forgot to add chipotle sauce in my order. The girl that work there she patiently open the paper and add sauce and wrap it in clean paper again.

Two days in a row, 1 employee for rush lunch time. This is a terrible supervisor scheduling issue. The employee today was ?. It took him 15 minutes to complete an online order he decided to do before helping the customers. This place is terrible. Do better Subway.

Around noonish i went in to order 1 footlong and two 6inch subs. Workers 1 female and 1 male mexican not that race matters but just sharing with the public how I was treated at one of subways establishments. I proceeded to the counter to place my order. I told the young lady I wanted 2 wheat and 1 white bread. Footlong (wheat bread) one of the 6inch (wheat bread) and the last 6inch (white bread) the young lady messed up my order 3 times as I corrected her she rolling her eyes. So I said you keep messing up my order is there someone else that can help me is there a manager? She slammed down her knife and walks to the back of I'm guessing store/break room. I asked the other worker could he help me..leaning against the glass saying IM GOOD.? Both lacking customer service skills. Not only was their behavior piss poor, I didn't get a welcome as walked in. They were young and inexperienced in dealing with the public. I over looked the greeting because I experience this at some places where the workers aren't friendly. I was still going to give them my business. But after how I was treated I won't be going to that subway anymore. I will be contacting the manager. I left my information on their website also. NOONE should have to be treated poorly especially when you giving them your business. Maybe they need more training on how to listen and take someone's order properly. Most importantly CUSTOMER SERVICE starts when customer walks through the door.

Arrived at 8:03am. Sign says they are open M-F at 8a. The girl inside is taking her sweet time and doesn't acknowledge us. She goes to the back and finally looks at us. I point to my wrist indicating it's past opening and she doesn't care. 8:10a rolls around and SHE SRILL DOESN'T OPEN THE DAMN DOOR! At this point she's done putting all the ingredients out and now she's just wasting time. Don't trip, I'll take this all the way up! This is not how you conduct business. If you don't like your job, do us all a favor and quit!

Placed a mobile order , when I got there they said they never received it. (No big deal) I showed them the order on my phone and date and time still said they couldn’t make it. I asked politely what do I do now then because I just paid for it, cashier had a real bad attitude and was giving me vague responses “call subway” .. but y’all are subway ! The other worker was tryna make my order because he believed me and seen proof but the rude cashier told him not to and still couldn’t give me the required steps for a refund so I just left and will dispute the charge and file a complaint.
