I am a local to this Taco Bell franchise and been a customer for 20 + yrs and I did not appreciate Todays service. The young woman with an arm tattoo of dice working drive through named Samantha was very rude and disrespectful. I understood that she was having trouble on her drive through connection but having to repeat myself multiple times to play and laugh as I'm trying to communicate acting as if it's a joke, Then I had to yell at the top of my lungs so she could hear me then she responded with oh now I can hear you laughing at me, knowing that she had upset me, after that encounter with her, I understood why the TacoBell drive through had a car pile up with very irate customers waiting for what felt to be almost 30 min, also being treated with Samanthas terrible customer service.

I had seen the manager rush the cooks on the line to a point of harassing the way the work and rushing out the orders, me and my girlfriend got food poisoning that day and it really upset me seeing the way the employees were being treated, I can handle being sick but my girlfriend was sick longer than i was and i thought should write a review. You can drive a little farther if you want to make sure you dont get sick.

The employees are doing their best. But the management of this location is shameful. Causing extreme stress by belittling their employees over pennies. Getting mad for giving out too much hot sauce. Yelling at employees for taking to long while serving the drive through when it's the cooks fault. Or the customer takes to long to order. The manager need to learn how to treat people. And get some perspective of being the employee

This must be the worst taco bell I ever been to. 5 people in the back working and I believe a manger. Cantina bowl order took a while and service was not so great at all. The place was empty. And make things worse customer service don't look like they want to be here. BTW kios they suck we want real people taking our orders.

Ordered 2 crunchy tacos at the drive thrill.But somehow the person taking my order.Translated that into one soft taco, immediately.Completed my order and told me to pull up to the window when I wasn't even done ordering. Requested hot sauce and received a fire sauce and Apparently they make their Taco's smaller These days with less feeling
