Great experience today during lunch time at the drive through. The older man that gave me my food was really nice and reminded me good customer service rarely is given but when it is it’s appreciated. Food was good. He definitely needs to train others on customer service.

I went through the drive through. The purple lights at the top of the building are nice. The wait was long but the people in front did order a bunch of food. Otherwise it was not too bad for the dinner rush. The staff greeted me and were accurate with my order.

9/9/2025: Love the staff here. Vanessa was curtious and informative over the phone. When I showed up she was working hard. Upon arrival I was helped by another employee named Nereo I believe. Very helpful introducing me to the new touch screen registers. I'm glad they answered the phone to answer my questions. (Better response than Jack in the box and KFC)

Been there a few times and not once did they get my order right. Worst version of cantina menus ever! Ask for a bowl w/no sour cream and not only did they get that wrong...it didn't have any damn chicken!!
I like the basic crunchy beef tacos for the flavor, but the only thing I wish for is that the tacos weren't ALWAYS cracked. I also love their Mango Iced Tea...so good!

Your team needs to do better at this location. I just ordered a Discovery Luxe Box and the Crispy Chicken Avocado Burrito in the box was burnt to a crisp. I understand the description but that was not even edible. On top of that, your whole soda apparatus is out of order. You’re forcing your customers to get a bottle of water instead of giving them something better in return for the same price. I attached my receipt for proof of this review. Customers deserve to be treated better at this location, there’s no excuse here.

Went to taco bell today at 733 am for them bot to answer then keep me waiting and then finally someone spoke said they do t open till 8am. The website says you open at 7am and on top of that the open signs are on. Never coming back
