The food is good. There's really no customer service you order on your own on the kiosk and the music is so freaking loud you can't really have a conversation. Even asking if they can turn it down they still didn't

Came to this Taco Bell around 8 pm to do takeout. When we get there this guy kept looking at us in our car we were concerned but just went in and proceded with our order. He was blocking the restroom suspiciously. Two other guys come in and a young girl comes out of the restroom and she was scared. It was obvious you can see it in her face and body movement. At this point I am already alert by these guys and we go back to my car. This group of guys are just staring at us and then one them tries to block one of the doors. My friend is on her phone and suddenly one of the guys gets out and stands outside staring at us awhile we were in the car. Called the the police no one showed up. Called the Taco bell two times no one answered. This establishment is not safe, and employees showed no concern that these men were blocking the women's restroom or for the women.

Taco Bell get it together I didn’t come in here for a quick meal to have to put in my own order… Taco Bell I will be charging you for placing my own order.. this is completely ridiculous that you hire employees and I left to put in my own order.. I’m sitting here as something that should in and out is taking long just because the guest is placing their order… I did not come here to work.. this is joke.. and not only do you want cheap labor now you want the guest to work.. go to hell with this.. poor customer is has been on kiosk for 15 minutes just to order one taco… this is a joke I repeat abuse and misuse

I don't like being asked to "round off" the price of my order for a "donation" for students and feeling guilt tripped when there's a teenager at the window handing out your food. I'm not going to Crapo Bell for charity

Went here today Alicia was very rude didn't want to take my order told me to use computer when I told her I didn't know how to. She gave me a dirty look and helped me . I told her I was sorry but I was old and it was very hard for me to learn. The dinning room was very dirty had to clean my table and chairs
