Customer service absolutely terrible what's the point of working if you don't want to take the customer's orders not everyone wants to use a kiosk it's a disrespectful to try to push customers in that direction and it's pretty clear that I want to just go to the cash register and someone operate it's not hard to run a register

This is my favorite taco bell and I regularly drive 15 minutes out of my way to go to this location in particular even though there are locations much closer to me.
The staff are always friendly and efficient and my order is pretty much always accurate and well-made. I typically order with the app and pick up at drive thru but even when I order at the window my food comes out quickly. Love this place!

Not sure why they donât have 5 stars but I guess people don't seem to understand the behind the scenes. Everytime I come here, I'm usually greeted, attended and acknowledged if I need help, and my order is always less than 3-5 minutes and always accurate for me, maybe not the hot sauce but who's counting (me). The food is always great and hot.
I also had my meal replaced twice because they gave me the wrong order. How they took action was amazing, they apologized and replaced the meal and and gave me some coupons in the near future. You can tell the managers there work hard and supervise their team well. Great food as well! The vibe of the atmosphere is fantastic and calm!

I want to give a better review but I bought a chicken quesadilla meal, the tortilla was not dry at all, they gave it a smear of chicken and for what it costs, it was well served and not just a smear of cheese and two small pieces of chicken, I think they should review How do they serve the food, well they charge more but they also serve the food well, apart from that they didn't put my taco that goes with the chicken quesadilla meal, the truth is I won't buy taco bell again at all. Very attentive and good workers try to do what they can to serve the customer, I think they are overloaded with work. I'm sorry I didn't take a photo to prove that tasteless quesadilla they gave me...

This place doesnât want you to âdine inâ They refuse to take your order in person. You have to order from the kiosk. Drive thru has priority. A lot of homeless are loitering spreading an extremely unpleasant odor of sweat and urine.

I realize that ANYTIME I go to THIS TB- I m going to be disappointed. It does. Not. Matter. What. I order- I will NOT get it. Its a 'thing' with this location. Worst. Ever- except for maybe the Apollo loco store next to it. Those fellas wait until you order- and then go chase you down a chicken! Its fresh, unlike Taco Bell, bit you could be waiting for a loooooong time!
