Let's be clear here, Taco Bell is a guilty pleasure… It doesn't make me feel great when I have it, but I just can't escape the nostalgia of its flavor. I don't come here for health food, I visit as an occasional tree.

With that said, this particular location was incredibly skimpy with their lettuce and tomatoes on the items I ordered. Well I don't come here for the lettuce and tomatoes, I do hope that I get at least what I'm owed, and on this visit, I was disappointed by the lack of fresh produce on my items.

Is it going to stop me from visiting? No. But if visiting, I would definitely ask for an appropriate amount next time.

This is the worst taco bell in the IE. They are always out of everything and won't put coconut cream in your Baja blast even though they have it sitting right there behind the counter. Really rude customer service just go to the one on foothill Blvd it's worth it.

I had a disappointing experience today at this Taco Bell. I placed an order for a Baja Blast Freeze through the app before 5:00 PM, specifically to take advantage of the Happy Hour deal. However, when I arrived at 5:03 PM, I was told by the employee Maria that the Freeze was regular price and she refused to honor the discount—even after I explained that my order was clearly placed before 5 PM. The app shows the timestamp, so there shouldn’t have been any confusion. Very poor customer service and unwillingness to help, even with proof. Not the experience I expected.

Customer service absolutely terrible what's the point of working if you don't want to take the customer's orders not everyone wants to use a kiosk it's a disrespectful to try to push customers in that direction and it's pretty clear that I want to just go to the cash register and someone operate it's not hard to run a register
