Was waiting in line for someone to take my order no one did and I'm mostly deaf so I went to second window as the disabled sign suggested, was ignored so I waited again just to go inside and ask for management team didn't want to get management for assistance so I left the fact there was 6 workers and purple shirt woman sitting in the back not wanting to assistance me RGM or corporate should evaluate this store

Excellent place to eat, it's a shame that they have restricted hours to eat at the place, so if it goes after 10 pm, consider that you won't be able to eat inside the restaurant.

I ordered a chicken quesadilla which was deliciousBut I also ordered a nachos bellgrandeIf you look at the image I really tried to eat it to taste if it was just me but something in the ingredients is old. Idk if the chips are old and stale or the beans or the nacho cheese. I even ate portions of each ingredient to pinpoint what it is that tasted funky. If I get a stomach ache later, I'll know it was this garbage that was served to me. Waste of money.And I waited for such a long time for my food.You'd think everything was freshly cooked which caused the delay

The older white man who's working today is extremely incompetent. I placed an online order and gave me the biggest hassle about it. He said he couldn't find my order and told me I placed it to the wrong Taco Bell even after i Showed him the confirmation email/order. It's one thing to not know something, it's another to be so rude and disrespectful while making jokes about it with the staff behind him. This is my second encounter with him and i am so displeased. He needs a new job, and that established needs all new staff.
I try not to expect a lot when it comes to a fast food location because I understand it is fast food, fast service, & well fast can lead to some mistakes. However, I have never been to a Taco Bell location that is this terrible. Their food is dry! Also, is there a sour cream shortage here because there is never any in my food here. Food is actually room temp or cold and not even warm/hot! There is never a line here or any customers from the times I've been...I guess not much of a surprise considering the quality of the food.

So I ordered a crunch Tata and I asked for no lettuce. And extra tomatoes when I opened app my box. I literally got like six tiny pieces of tomatoes shoved into the side of my tostada When I took it to the counter and asked them what this was. They said that's the portion that they give us. Then proceeded to look at me like. How dare this guy ask us how to do our job? What happened to the customer is always right

One decent guy works here, Vincent - he offered above and beyond customer service.This taco forces the customers to order on a computer and will not take orders themselves. Very inhuman. I love humans and interacting with real people.

This Taco Bell makes good food but straight up robs people… I end up missing at least one item EACH time I come here.. it has been happening for the past 2 months like this and I don’t know if it’s a new staff member or what but it’s just not okay… I probably will not be coming to this TB anymore because it’s getting a bit ridiculous… just FED UP!
