Jonathan e was our server. He messed up our order and forgot 2 items and the chalupas in our boxes were Soo hard. Not edible. When we got home we didn't have the time to go back to fix the issue. So it was all just a waste. They make money by scamming people in the drive thrus. ...With expired food and missing items.

Best Mexican food in California!!! And they are consistent across the country! Is it good for you? Absolutely not, do they speak Spanish, sometimes depending on the location, fine dining? Absolutely not. This is a Taco Bell. But when you can go get tacos at 11 pm, with your dog, while wearing PJs and there are NO questions asked... That's 100%! Try doing that at a fancy sit-down Mexican restaurant. They would first ask what the hell you're doing driving thru their dining room, followed by an arrest, and jail time... Need I say more?

I went through the drive thru, the guy who took my order was really nice, he even double checked everything I ordered, which I thought was cool. When I pulled to the next window I saw them check and recheck that everything was there. I was confident it was there so I didn't check and when I got home I was so happy it was all there and I didn't have to go back.

I don't like having to order with a machine. The staff was really nice and quick, but I will not be returning.
Completely missed the mark. $20 for dinner, the least you can do is care a little bit that people are paying these prices. The speaker guy was so low in volume, I just kinda had to guess when it was time to order. 2 soft tacos, 2 bean burritos, 1 quesadilla. Hey, I was hungry. Wait time was reasonable. Food was obviously slapped together. I tried to hold a burrito to eat it while driving (I did mention I was hungry), but was wildly unsuccessful. A blind reach into the bag for napkins... and TWO tiny napkins? Pretty sure they are half the size they used to be. But two? Come on. The attitude of indifference, the carefree creation of product, and the skimpy napkin issue (I'll bet if I would have asked for sauce, dude would have thrown a handful in the bag)... probably won't bother going back.
