If you aren't used to eating fast food daily and are always eating healthy on a daily basis I don't recommend eating taco bell at all.

The employees were unhelpful, told us to use the kiosk multiple times even though we just wanted to look at the pictures on the menu. They didn't give us our drinks after we ordered, forgot napkins and the tacos were missing half the meat and only a slight sprinkle of cheese and lettuce. Super unacceptable . While they were making our food, I witnessed multiple customers walk out due to the employee unwilling to help them at the register. Their excuse is that they were busy.

Pre ordered 20 packets of sauce. The last two times I have gone I was rushed and relieved 0 sauce. Threw away half 0 sauce 0 good. Btw when you order a cheesy gordita expect 0 cheese and 0 crunch sadly you can expect this at all the tacobells in Ontario california.

If you love Taco Bell, or can't decide what to order Try the Mexican pizza combo and a mango ice tea!! I have not had a bad experience at this location over the past few years. Food is always hot, and I don't wake up with a belly ache!!

The food was disgusting!!! The person who took my order, had no customer skills and poor hygiene. I actually threw my order in the trash.
Always busy given it's location near the University, staff is awesome and still gets food out fast and prepared up to par!
