I ordered two doritos tacos and two crunchy tacos. All four are completely soggy, smashed, and cold. We also ordered 2 gordita crunches and a large fry, same results. We waited in line for longer than expected just to receive nasty and unedible food.

This place is really horrible. We ate something I will never eat. The toilet is in a miserable state.
I am French and I manage in English yet the employee pretended not to understand anything and made me pay for things that had nothing to do with my order. In addition, I find this place very expensive for fast food, we eat much better elsewhere. The tenders are hard, the tacos are empty.
Lots of insects in the room. I advise against this place and I hope it will close because eating in such conditions is shameful!!

I've been here a few times as I work near here. I just eat what I get, I don't like to complain. So this review is something new for me and I guess my complaint. Staff was ok not super friendly but not rude. There is never a line or customers inside. Yet the food is never hot or correct. Atmosphere is kinda dirty with homeless people, I use the drive thru. It's fast food I get it. But with the cost of things I'd like it to be correct.

They are sloppy with their work. Tacos come half opened with lettuce and cheese falling out. They give the wrong price until you ask them to confirm. Then they forgot a couple items on the receipt.
It's located in a tight corner. Parking was difficult and small. And there's a carwash entrance right next to it, makes a long wait to park. The staff were so loud and obnoxious to each other, playing around. While all the tables were dirty. I could only eat half a burrito and took off. I felt uncomfortable. I ate in my car, and I'm traveling so it wasn't the best experience. Won't return....

Just HORRIBLE! I went to Taco Bell to get something quick to eat, and I open the tacos and they tasted like straight paint! I spit everything out and was sacred to even eat again due to the bag taste it had! Never again! Very horrible and disgusting! Don’t come here!

Drive thru menu said Tacos & burritos craving pack $10.00. You get to the window and they said $ 14. You open your tacos and is a laugh. Like taking candy from a baby. They took my money. It is a craving pack alright, keeps you craving, the tacos are empty. And burritos are a joke.

Worst experience at a food fast food establishment. It’s bad enough they sell you on the premade stuff that sitting out. Then complain when they have to make something that isn’t already made. Then their kiosks don’t work and takes 4-5 people to get a total and check out. Take your business elsewhere. The manager and staff here have no idea what they are doing.

I walked inside before closing time and waited in line and nobody came to the from till after closing time until I yelled out if everything was okay and some lady came out and said they were closed. Not cool I was there before closing time. Never going back again
