I had the Matcha and the Big Five the drink was fantastic. The food was okay. Its a cute little diner. Not for me though.

The main reason I wanted to try this place is the Cloud Pancakes. I was not disappointed. They were SO delicious. I didn’t even need syrup, I just used the whip cream, jam and fruit and it all paired perfectly. If you are super hungry though, I would recommend not ordering these or maybe ordering to go because it takes 30 minutes to make them.

No waiting on a Monday at about 11. Food was very good with high quality ingredients. Service was good as well. The only reason I give it 4 stars is that I am not thrilled at paying over $60 for two dishes and two coffee after tax and tip. Perhaps this is the new normal in Los Angeles. In SB county I'm not sure if we are at that level yet, or I am just cheap and not wanting to pay for the high quality meal. I must be more of a Denny's or IHOP guy. If you are looking for very good quality and don't mind paying the money give this place a try. Plenty of the people in the place seemed happy. I need a better value proposition these days for 5 stars.

Recommend to join their waitlist on Yelp before coming. The avocado toast was too sweet. My overnight oats were good and balanced whereas my friend's was overly coated with honey.

This restaurant is so cute and fun! The food was amazing. Every single item my family got was devoured. I am not a pancake person but I ate the whole plate of fluffy pancakes. Definitely would visit again on our next trip.

Decent breakfast items, spongy fluffy pancakes and great French toast. However, not a big fan of savory items. Steak was very tough and smelled like fish. May go there for pancakes or French toast. But that's about it.

Nice place with a good vibe. You can expect a wait on their busy days but well worth it. Good food, great coffee and a friendly staff. They were accommodating and attentive.

Fam was looking for fluffy pancakes, so we tried this place since it had decent reviews.
Came in at 9am on a Saturday, there was no line, we got a table right away.
Server informed us that we have a 90 min ⏲️ limit to stay (order, wait for food, and eat) which made me think, 🤔 this place must be soooo good that they put a limit because there's normally a lot of people.

9:35am - we got our orders.

🍽 Their Plates were nice but the gold utensils are relatively bigger than them, so kinda hard to navigate.

Interestingly, the fluffy pancake we got, looked like it was put together by a new employee compared to the rest of the other ones we saw that was being served 😅 you can see for your self. 🧐

The table next to us just came in, at 9:45am and got their order in 15mins

All in all, not a great experience for us. Food was ok, but the wait for food and all the hype on reviews didn't meet the expectations - on to the next! 🫡

Food was excellent! Only downside to the food is that the Souffle pancakes take 30 minutes. The rest of your party will be done eating by the time the pancakes arrive 🤭 prices are a few dollars more than other brunch places, but at the same time - where else can you get this kind of food in this area 👀

Service 4 stars because it took a while for us to get our order taken, and took a whole for them to bring us the check. Staff were friendly overall

Tried this place for Sunday brunch and was very disappointed. The food is way overpriced! I ordered the longanisa bowl for $18. Wife got the ube pancakes for $22! My bowl was small with a scoop of rice, 1 egg, spinach and 5 pieces of longanisa. Really?!? This order should also come with a side of pancakes or something or make the portion size larger! I was still hungry afterwards. The ube pancakes was a soufle filled with air. They were teeny tiny, definitely not worth $22! The fair price should be only $10. There is another restaurant named Aloha Stacks in Whittier whose ube pancakes are amazing, huge and priced perfectly at $13! Check it out here on yelp. My wife was still hungry after too. Our waiter was not very attentive at all. He failed to check on us like good restaurants do we had to stop another waitress to refill our water. We are foodies and have been to several restaurants just like this, and this by far was a big rip off. Safe to say we will not be returning. Stay away from this place unless you want to feel pick pocketed. We will also tell all our friends to not even come here at all. Waaay overpriced for the amount of food you get.
