Very poor customer service the cashier can’t even hear you from how loud they’re playing the music they always get your order wrong. If I could give zero stars I would.

Horrible customer service! Glad I didn't end up buying food here I was asking the lady questions over the phone and she acted like I was asking her for cash!!!! FYI I have visited Tamazula, Jalisco and they do have white pozole! She acted like White Pozole was from another planet!!!!

Bad customer service. I work cross the street and I forgot cilantro and onion for my posole and went to see if I can buy it. Well they straight up said no even though I bought a horchata(horrible by the way) o well they lost a client..

This place is horrible. Customer service was okay. Anyway so i odered 4 tacos de suadero FOR MY UNCLE (TO GO), and I ordered a SIDRAL(a beverage) okay so I waited for about 25min, got my 4 tacos cool,and my "SIDRAL" now i didnt even check the food (i glaced at it but didnt check the meat or anything) and i didnt even check the drink she handed me before leaving. So i take my uncle his food and EVERYTHING WAS WRONG. My uncle DIDNT EVEN GET HIS TACOS DE SUADERO, She gave us asada? And SHE GAVE ME THE WRONG BEVERAGE. SHE GAVE ME A JARRITO. LIKE BRO. And my uncle said that the tacos were NASTY. I was really upset. This place needs to LITERALLY step it up. UGH. She was an older lady.

This place is delicious! They have great food and a great vibe. Super friendly people working there and they have karaoke on Saturday nights. I've never had a bad plate of food and everything always taste like it was made at home. Their micheladas are so GOOD!! They give you a good tall mug and it'll be the most refreshing thing you'll ever taste.
