The agua fresca and cafe de olla was good. The crepe was ok. The wait time was horrendous. It took almost an hour to receive the crepe. This place is definitely overrated. I wouldn’t come here again especially with how long I waited for a simple crepe.

Went yesterday with my boyfriend around 1 hr before closing. We were so excited to try this place out since it was recommended by a close family member. Our experience wasn’t what we expected..First off restrooms were dirty, toilet paper on the floor.. they need to clean them at least every 30 minutes.We got a brownie crepe and it was okay, the crepe itself had no flavor. And just a lot of chocolate on top with brownie bites, was it worth 15$ ? No. 3/10 also took very long. I’ve tried way better. Also it didn’t even come with fruit.. it’s 15$ I should be expecting a lil fruit..Also, they have like 10 people back there why did it take so long to get one crepe, employees are all very slow.We asked if we can buy a side of fruit once and the lady was standing around talking to her coworkers and ignoring us. We asked again and once again ignored! I went this time and heard this lady say something about us. Saying something along “have they paid yet, why are they rushing us. I’ll take my time ” in Spanish. I’m Mexican myself so I understood everything. We weren’t rushing, we were getting annoyed and wanted to eat our crepe with fruit. Very unprofessional and uncomfortable being there and listening to them. This company needs to do better with their employees.. very bad customer service.I won’t be going back and I’ll make sure people around me don’t give this company their money. Stay away. Don’t waste ur time.

Went today and what a terrible experience. I ordered to eat there, so they served the hot coffee and everything was good up until I started seeing people coming and picking up orders and my crepes were still not been served, my coffee got cold and after 20 mins I went and asked if my crepes were ready since I saw them giving orders to other people, and she says “oh I forgot, let me do it now” I said no thank you, if it’s not ready then it’s fine, my coffee is already cold. She took it very lightly and said oh okay fine. Never offered an apology nor said let me give you a fresh coffee. Very bad customer service, not coming back here.

It is the best place I have ever visited for crepes, coffee and desserts since there is also a variety of fruit, sweets and snacks. It is delicious and the service is very friendly. They treated me super. I loved it and I liked the lady so much. I would like her to go to all the places. Whatever it was, he even gave me a coffee to try in a very detailed little cup and It was a beautiful detail.

I've already had two bad experiences here and the second time was me giving them a second chance because the first time I tried it they were new. I regret it. I paid way too much for different kinds of cake slices that were dry like they just sat there for days until I purchased them. They were all the same. Not fresh and lacked flavor.Things are way too expensive to be paying for something like this nowadays. Also though the food was awful the people that work there are super nice but that's not going to keep me coming or overpaying for bad food.

Let me just say, this was an absolute gem of a find. My son just turned 16 so I planned a day of all his favorites, which includes somewhere he can get cheesecake. We walked in and the restaurant itself is adorable beyond words. They have everything decorated for Christmas and it's absolutely stunning, you can feel the heart and love they put into their restaurant. We walked up to the counter to order and the owner was so helpful, kind, attentive and explained some of the local favorites to us. He also told us about his promotions and truly just offered the best service. We ended up choosing the petite New York cheesecake, chocolate cheesecake, carrot cake and macaroons. For drinks we ordered the abuelita mocha, the abuelita hot chocolate and a pomegranate raspberry iced tea. Everything was delicious. Their heart and soul is in their offerings and restaurant. We truly enjoyed our visit and will definitely be going back, they had so much to choose from and offer, I'm sure everything is wonderful.
