I don't know where you guys are from, but where I'm from a grilled chicken Caesar salad does not have tomatoes, onions, and carrots in it and it doesn't come with ranch dressing. Unfortunately, I didn't know what it was until I got back to the office. This was a waste of money. I don't want this crap

I regularly visit this location during my lunch breaks and dinners with my family. The customers service is always great and the cashiers are friendly. This recent visit I went with my family the food was so fresh and tasty. The Santa Barbara char was so delicious and fresh. Then green beans were nice and crispy. My kids had the burger kids meal. Sadly my son dropped his food. The manager Luis Martinez was cleaning the area and noticed what happened. He came up to us and offered to have my son's meal remade. Luis was very kind and sympathetic toward my son's feelings and brought him a burger gummy. My son enjoyed his kids meal. Luis really went above and beyond with his great customer service. I highly recommend this habit location. I will definitely be returning to this location. Luis has very excellent customer service skills. He really goes out of his way for customers.

Luis is the hands down best manager I've ever seen at the habit, I ordered a Teriyaki char and my wife ordered a Portabella char, and I ate my wife's burger by mistake; my wife hates pineapple, so she didn't eat, Luis heard about it when bringing napkins to our table, and offered to re make my wife's portabella char without hesitation. 5 out 5 stars

I order the number one combo for $14.24 and they charge me a medium coke but looked small ? Is over priced never again . It was my first time coming here and will b last . The fries are small the burger is small . Too expensive go somewhere else . No wonder it was

The food is always good, but it seriously gets negated by how slow the service is here. I travel for work and have went to tons of different ‘The Habit’ spots, but this one is near my house and is by far the slowest one of them all by a mile. I’m not sure why this one is so much slower by a wide margin than other locations, but it needs to be fixed.
Great food terrible customer service we all hate our jobs make the best out of it. If you’re in a bad situation try an find a way out. Don’t take it out on customers that are in a bad position as well.
