Signed up for rewards and got a free charburger. Ordered through the app, super easy. Bread was a little stale/hard other than that burger was decent. Service was friendly! Restaurant smelled terrible.. kinda like sewer? Idk how people were eating in there and felt bad for the people who have to work in there all day.

The entire staff is laughing and having a great time, yet it took 5 minutes to be charged for fries and another 10 minutes to get the fries. This was drive thru… isn’t it supposed to be faster … anyway, won’t be returning.

Turn the music off!!!!! It's so annoying and irritating. I can't bring my kids here. It's just too much of a party atmosphere. Either turn the music way down, and change the play list or we will spread it all over online that this is the worst place to eat in the entire IE. Turn it down right now. Right now... everyone around us is omplaining.. review team IE

The music in the Habit is so irritating and loud. And I am a young person. I had to get up and leave. We talked to other patrons and they said, we are never coming here again. Who wants to listen to blaring music while they are eating.? This is not a party. Also the customer service person's needs to.learn English.

Messed up my order, even though it was right on the receipt. I go up to let them know and they look at mean like I’m asking something crazy. They take the burger back and I’m expecting them to make a new one but nope, they plop some bacon on it and give me back the same burger in the same now half wrapped wrapper. Terrible service, would never eat at this location again.

Got a grill cheese, veggie burger, 2 fries and 2 oreo shakes. Now, the grill cheese became horrible made, cut in half and stack on top of each other, my veggie burger felt very heavy not saying the avacado had anything to do with, I don't recall the veggie patty being super fat in taste. Our shake were not that impressive (did not even finish) &!
Here is the number one problem, I paid $42 (including tax). Way more expensive because it was added as a meal and not seperate, This place does need a screen so we can see what was added. The guy taking my order was super distracted on the whole order (not sure what he was doing) But I was already cranky and tried really hard not to be rude but this place needs help. Sorry but Never coming back, I rather do In n Out instead.

I guess I’m a little better because I gotta pay for ranch dressing now oh well maybe if you put it in a smaller container I never use the whole one anyways oh well my burger was delicious that’s about all

Ended up spending $30 for 1 meal because the employee says they don't take coupons because they're not part of corporate. I used a coupon last time at this location just fine and ordering online with a coupon worked too. Something's definitely not right.
