Got a grill cheese, veggie burger, 2 fries and 2 oreo shakes. Now, the grill cheese became horrible made, cut in half and stack on top of each other, my veggie burger felt very heavy not saying the avacado had anything to do with, I don't recall the veggie patty being super fat in taste. Our shake were not that impressive (did not even finish) &!
Here is the number one problem, I paid $42 (including tax). Way more expensive because it was added as a meal and not seperate, This place does need a screen so we can see what was added. The guy taking my order was super distracted on the whole order (not sure what he was doing) But I was already cranky and tried really hard not to be rude but this place needs help. Sorry but Never coming back, I rather do In n Out instead.
I guess I’m a little better because I gotta pay for ranch dressing now oh well maybe if you put it in a smaller container I never use the whole one anyways oh well my burger was delicious that’s about all
Ended up spending $30 for 1 meal because the employee says they don't take coupons because they're not part of corporate. I used a coupon last time at this location just fine and ordering online with a coupon worked too. Something's definitely not right.
We used the kiosk at the entrance to make our order. It was pretty easy and allowed us to choose our preferences. The staff were friendly and helpful.

First let me say the burgers here winning a taste contest over In n Out is obviously a paid review just to get publicity. The only positive thing I can say is the burger was hot. the fries were cold. The fries taste like packaged fries and are clearly not freshly cut. The cheese was barely there not oozing out like In n Out and to spend 20 dollars for a reg combo doesn’t even come close to what a Double Double cost with an extra large drink. As far as the service you are only able to order from a self serv station which does not give a paper receipt and the staff was unable to print one for me. Because of that I was unable to expense my meal. The staff was very unhelpful. I will probably not return due to that reason.

This location is nothing like most of the Habits. It's self service order and pick up. More like a McDonald's or Jack in the box.
I had the teriyaki chicken. The piece of chicken was very thin (I've had baloney thicker), the pineapple slice was almost non-existent. Last and only time I'll visit this location.

I placed an online order through the app for this location. I’m waiting there for 20 mins on my order and I’m asking them where is my order. This establishment was being rude and it felt like they were being racist. I showed every single thing, my order number, the pick up location that matched the store. Yet, they still said they didn’t get anything. Which is extremely rude. I would not recommend this place at all.

Horrible experience. Got my order complete wrong. I asked for 3 burgers (char, portobello, and terayaki) I only got two, and not even the burger I ordered. They were both doublechars and they looked like they were left behind. Super soggy and gross. I ordered 3 sides, (fries, sweet potato and onion rings) I got the sweet potato but two fries. Horrible service and attention to detail. Honestly how do you mess up an order this bad. They weren't even busy to say it was due to a rush. And when we tried the burger to try and make sense of it all the beef had an odd taste like it was going bad. Don't waste your money at this location. Management is cutting corners and for what.

The burger is delicious (⁎⁍̴̛ᴗ⁍̴̛⁎) The meat is not dry and the lettuce is fresh
The staff at this location is not friendly. No one greets you. I stood at the counter for someone to take my order and they just looked at me and had to order on the kiosk, which I don’t care for. Staff needs some Customer Service training. The food was not tasty like the location in Upland. They forgot an item on my kids order and when my husband asked them for it, the lady wanted to charge us, which we had already paid for. Theres no music playing. My husband and will not be returning at this location.

Online order made for walk in pick up. Im in the parki g lot and get the message my order is ready. I attempt to walk in and....Doors are locked at 830.....sign says open till 9pm....employee eating inside makes a gesture to go to the drive-thru. 20 mins later...I get my order....soooo now it's cold and soggy from sitting......

Today is the third time in 3 weeks. Today is busier than usual. Service is fast and courteous. Great tasting food. Try the double or regular char.. fries have always been fresh and hot. Try their green bean tempura with the Sriracha sauce.
