Place literally cancelled my order before arriving. Had my number and refused to call me. While owner was super glammed up having what looks like a party. How about instead of investing in looks invest in general customer service. Never coming back

We thought we kept it safe by sticking to the California roll and crunchy roll, but the rice was super mushy, and it was just not good. I will say the customer service was good, and so was the vibe. Could be it was an off night looking at the other reviews, but if you can't make good rice and offer sushi ???It's a hard pass for me ...

I am very disappointed with online pick service. I placed my order and was sent an email it will be ready at 6:40pm, and when I got there, my order was nowhere to be found. The person at the front said the manager was coming out to talk to me but she didn't, the "manager" looked through the table and found my order and held her hand up saying 5 minutes. I didn't get my order until 7:24pm. No apology, no explanation, nothing. And they forgot the sweet chili for my popcorn chicken ??♀️
The veggie miso ramen was crazy good. I really liked the toasted sesame. And the signature boba had just the right balance of sweetness.

Can't believe I just discovered this place! Great Japanese food place! They have ramen, sushi, teriyaki bowls, etc. Got the Crunchy Dragon Roll and also tried the Fried Shrimp Spring Roll, which were great. Going back to try other delicious menu items. Love the atmosphere and the customer service was superb! They were friendly and welcoming. Great location too. Definitely recommend this place in Downtown Ontario!
Great place if you want good quality ramen, they also serve sushi and other plates, we tried the vegetable ramen and the crunch roll, we had enough to take home, they have pretty good servings We will come back to try other plates soon. Well recommended!!!

Coming to this place was the best idea! I've looked up Japanese themed restaurants to see if there's any in my area and surprising this place is so close to where I live(it took me 5 mins to drive there) I've ordered a takoyaki, peach tea, and a matcha tiramisu all of them were very delicious! Definitely coming back!^^☆
