Staff is good, Donnie, Felicia, Amy and Joe are great. They are now charging an EE Ben Charge, apparently its a percentage of your bill. To cover benefits for the staff, I'm not sure if it's legal.

Lexi is the BEST server I’ve had in a Loooong time. Actually all the servers here were great and friendly. Very impressive for an Airport restaurant. Had the crunch salad bowl and it was surprisingly very good as well!!! I would give more than 5 star if I could… Truly

absolutely DISGUSTING, got a free salad from work and opened it to see two NOT ONE BUT TWO FLIES IN MY SALAD, they could barely fly which means they’ve been sitting in my salad for god knows how long. i feel so extremely disgusted right now , never asking for food again

Joseph was my server at the bar, and even though he was clearly juggling a busy shift, he got to me as soon as he could with a friendly and warm attitude. Great service under pressure
I ordered a burger with fries, and it was exactly what I needed—no frills, just delicious and satisfying. The fries were crispy and seasoned perfectly. Some people might complain about airport prices, but let’s be real—we’re in an airport. For the quality of the food and service, I thought it was totally reasonable.
If you’re passing through ONT and want something solid with great service, I’d definitely recommend stopping here.

Great place to hang out and wait for your flight. Lots of food choices in their menu. I just got a drink so I can't rate their food. Beers are pricier than most. Great choices for well drinks.

I never thought I would be reviewing an airport restaurant, but here I am.. thanks to Vito! He is legitimately one of the nicest, sweetest humans and made our early arrival at the airport worth getting there early. My sisters and daughter loved meeting him. The food was good, and had a few vegetarian options. Typical airport fare and the Caesar and the mimosa were good, but the service with Vito was definitely 6 stars.

The nachos were absolutely disgusting. Nothing positive to comment on. The sauces were absolutely horrible and the canned chicken was not good. The server was pushy and serving refills on beers before people were ready. Who doesn't love a warm beer. Nope... Won't return on the next trip.

We had bartender Felicia and she was amazing! She learned our names immediately and was so personable with a great attitude. My husband accidentally left his wallet at the bar and she ran through the airport looking for us. Amazing woman who completely started our travel day in a positive way.
It’s the best option you have in the Ontario airport. Food is slightly above average, the service is great, and they always have the games on the screens (if applicable)

We were directed to the other bar at the other end of the concourse, which was completely rammed and had no room for us. Go figure.
