Old man waiter had horrible service and was rude. Wouldn’t even bring us menus or clean out table…. Wouldn’t recommend.

The waiter is beyond rude. The guy with the pony tail got upset because I ordered a burger with no spread. After finishing my meal I asked for the check and he acted like I was asking him to work on Christmas morning. Won’t be going back as long as he works there. Other customers were also bothered by his service

I tried their garden burger, but unfortunately, the taste wasn’t great, and it was soggy. The French fries were also undercooked. On a positive note, the service was quick and welcoming.

Our flight was delayed an hour, so with time to kill we stopped here. Ivan was great with timely service and just the right amount of friendliness. The average rating here is unfairly low and not a fair representation. Food is decent but a bit overpriced. The music videos and atmosphere is nice if you’ve got to wait for a plane.
Give it a try.

Um… food is not edible. Sad because the one in San Diego is not bad
I ordered the wings. (Not good) at all. Over cooked and crutchy. Prices of buffalo wings went up to $22.99 from $18.99 . Buffalo wings were worse now then pre-remodel, the airport location was shut down for a while and re-opened. But the buffalo wings are worse now and more expensive. Bartender service ok and average. I would not go here again.

Came in for dinner before my flight on 7/18. At 6 PM the very nice server advised they were not able to make any handheld it’s like burgers or sandwiches. Then she comes back to say they are out of diced chicken so the could not make the nachos, salads (even though they said chicken breast) or anything that takes grilled chicken. That leaves pizza, a couple of appetizers and basically drinks. Disappointed that they were out of so much when dinner had barely started.
Avoid!!! Especially for an airport, when people are trying to get to a flight! 25 minutes for a sandwich??? Got a side salad, thank god we got it first. While we waited and waited, the manager, Duane Williams, sat down next to us with his hot meal lol ? Had to leave, left 5 bucks on the table, waitress was nowhere to be seen. Went to Chick-fil-A next door, got it in 3 minutes! Manager, Duane and waitress showed up in chick-fil-a to demand payment for food we never got!!! They literally threatened us saying they would get us thrown off our flight! Never in my life have I seen such horrible service and management! Do better! Way better!!!
Food was not bad...prices were on par for airport food...but Joe the bartender was a bit light on his pours...$13 for a half sip of well whiskey leaves a customer thirsty and feeling like he didn't get what he paid for...

This place made me very uncomfortable. I walked up and looked at the menu on the wall. Once I figured out what I wanted, I looked around for assistance. One man and woman were talking, stared right at me and then went into the back. I proceeded to the bar and the man there paid me no mind. I stood there for awhile watching him look at me but continue to help others with out asking if I have been helped. After about 7 mins he walked around the bar and looked at me multiple times without asking me if I needed help. I had to ask the man at the bar if I can order food. He immediately said there was a 20 min wait with an attitude as if it was too much to take an order. After putting my order in he gave me the machine to pay but I still had another question. I tried to grab his attention and he kept skipping over as if I was not there. The lady asked if I had been helped (mind you she was there all the time 10 mins had passed and she was barely asking). People after me that walked up were helped and greeted immediately. This place gave racist vibes. Everyone that was helped, greeted, and got immediate assistance was white. Meanwhile I consistently got ignore. As I waited for my food I notice two other black walk up and was ignored. The moment a white man walked up the bartender was asking how he was doing and if he needed a good menu and all. My food was slammed on the table. If I didn’t look up he wouldn’t have said anything. I would not come here again. If I wasn’t in a rush for food and had not already ordered I wouldn’t have ate here.

Honest to God, Urban Crave was able to make the worst pizza I’ve eaten in my life. It’s months later and I still think about it. It was a BBQ pizza and they must’ve used half a bottle of sauce on the poor thing. Everything else about it was bad, but the fact that someone had the audacity to put such an offensive amount of sauce is an affront to the institution of kitchens in this country. Don’t get me wrong I’m a sauce guy myself, but this crossed a line. That being said, the wait staff is always really nice, they have some good beers on tap, and I still frequent this establishment every time I’m at the Ontario Airport.

Was honestly surprised how good the food was. I had the grilled chicken sandwich. Very tasty. Service was awesome. For those who complain about the cost..you do realize you are in an airport-food is always expensive.

I'm a mom of 3 kids. I ordered 3 meals and while I was waiting for my food I was told by the waiter I had to leave and take it to go. The restaurant was empty with only 3 tables occupied. I was very disappointed with the treatment. I'm good enough to order and pay $65, however not allowed to stay and sit at a table. Completely discriminated by the waiter "Shiza". The other staff Theresa refused to tell me the waiter's name and just shrugged her shoulders.
I fly out of Terminal Three a few times every year for business. Since food choices are somewhat limited at Terminal Three due to the never-ending construction, it is good to know that I can at least have a half-decent Classic Breakfast before my flight. Urban Crave is my go-to when I have time to sit and eat and I'm in the mood for bacon and eggs. On this visit, my server came to my table within a couple of minutes of me sitting down. I placed my order and I had a Bacon and Egg Breakfast with crispy and fresh home fries and washed it down with a glass of orange juice within fifteen minutes. The serving size is perfect as it is just enough food to last me for a three to four-hour flight. The prices are airport standard so you do pay a little more than for a similar place outside the restaurant. I have tried almost everything on Urban Craves menu, but my go-to is always the Urban Crave All-Day Breakfast when I have a morning flight. The food quality is always consistent and like any airport, give yourself enough time before your flight if you're having a sit-down meal and you should be okay.
