Dining experience was a pleasant surprise. Didn't realize the restaurant was located inside of a hotel at the time I made the reservation but it turned out to be the best choice after a long day. The food was tasty, staff very attentive, and the ambience was just right. Will definitely be back.

We took our daughter here for her 7th birthday and everything was great. She had a great time and made sure that we took her to a fancy restaurant. We had a party of 8 but were well attended. Our server was great and all our drinks never ran low. The ambiance is great overall we had a great time.

I went to Porter's Prime Steakhouse in Ontario, CA for dinner on the night after attending the Comic Con. Revolution 2024 event at the Convention Center right next door. It had been many years since I enjoyed dinner at a Porter's, and it was so wonderful to know that the ambiance and quality has not changed :-)!! It was a wonderful dining experience, the steak was cooked to perfection, the additional shrimps where HUGE, I was not expecting that, and their texture was excellent! The service staff was very friendly and professional, both gentlemen that were looking after my table made sure my drink and meal was to my standards and ensured I was served in a timely manner - thank you very much, such excellence in service is greatly appreciated! Finally, their dessert, specifically the Crème Brûlée was nothing short of delicious! Even though I was quite full from the main course, there is always room for Crème Brûlée ;-)!!

My husband and I had an early dinner at Porter's on Mother's Day---over the years, we've discovered that if we go out for dinner on Mother's Day, it's way less crowded than at brunch/lunch time. Porter's had plenty of servers and the food came out in a timely manner. There was a special Mother's Day menu---we shared the prime rib and rack of lamb and both were delicious! And the dinner rolls they serve are so addicting, especially the cranberry nut ones! We just wish that they had offered a simple dinner salad instead of caesar salad. We were also a little surprised that they didn't present the Moms with a flower or little plant. Most of the other restaurants we've gone to on Mother's Day always presented the Moms with a little gift. (Perhaps they did this earlier in the day.) But overall, it was great and we will definitely be back!

We were seated right away. The waiter was wonderful. The food was excellent. We ordered the ribeye and the prime rib. They were both perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious. I have to say, whenever I go out to eat for steaks, I never eat the whole meal. This time I ate my entire meal. I will definitely be going back soon.

Decent for a hotel restaurant. They should do a little remodeling make it feel a little more modern. It feels a bit 1990s decor and most of the hotel is updated. Carpet etc would make a difference.

My filet came out and tasted a little off. The waiter took my plate and the manager promptly came over and spoke with me. My new filet came out and was PERFECTION . They made sure that our first experience was memorable. The only thing negative I could say is that it was off-putting that the hostess was wearing blue plastic gloves .

Excellent service, clean. Hot baked rolls, tough crust. Chicken breast dry. Shrimp in salad tasty and extra large. Crab cakes burned on the bottom. Food needs improvement for the price.

This was our second time celebrating a birthday at this restaurant, and definitely won't be the last!! We had a wonderful time, an amazing meal, great drinks and best of all, the best customer service! The porterhouse was cooked to perfection and if O could recommend anything, it would definitely be the Broccolini!! Amazing!

A wonderful experience. Howard our server was amazing and attentive. The manager visited our table several times. Excellent value, ambiance and the food was amazing. Loved it so much we went two nights in a row. Highly recommend the Salmon and Sea bass.

Service was wonderful! $100 filet mignon. Dinner was definitely not worth the money. The filet mignon first came out, completely raw in the middle, then came out burnt and not tasty. The baked potato was still hard. The shrimp scampi was good and cheesecake was super delicious. Won't be going back.

The overall experience wasn't great whatsoever. The ambience was the best, but that wasn't enough. The drinks weren't mixed well and we were charged for alcohol we didn't order. The blackened salmon was salty, the ahi tuna was overcooked; the calamari was rubbery; the online menus and menu in restaurant didn't have the same items. The restaurant wasn't busy and wouldn't answer the phone, thus we had to reserve a table on open table. There was no actual bartender, just a waitress aimlessly pouring alcohol and not really mixing it. Anna, the server was nice, but didn't really have the fine dining understanding of the menu. Set sub par experience with chain type food. I would not go back and don't recommend.

Our waiter, Howard, was amazing!! We had a large table. He was very attentive & able to joke with us. The food was excellent & and good price. The Manager & Hostess listened to what we needed & were very helpful!! We would definitely go back!

From the service to the drinks and meal this was a great experience. Tomahawk steak ($140) was extremely tender. Side items were too small for sharing however we were pleased with the flavor. Service was top notch and the manager came to our table several times.

Service was great. Waiter was attentive. For the price of the food, the sides could have been better. Me and my fiance both got steaks that were good. Our sides were the mashed potatoes that were overly salted, Mac n cheese and fries that tasted like they were just out the freezer.
