Hi, waited about five minutes and my food came out completely cold. It was so cold 1 inch layer of teriyaki on top made it in edible it was just a mishap unable to eat it not good at all. I went back up and I had to wait in line again when I asked politely just to get my money back. I had to wait again for the associate need to go discuss it with the manager and she came back to tell me I will have to wait for the manager to help me but she is by herself now I’ve already wasted 20 minutes in my lunch break is over and I let her know I will need to leave and she said it’s going to be a few more minutes until Elizabeth the manager can help me with my refund. I never got my money back I had to leave the place was not very busy at all but short handed I left my receipt and my food on the counter I will never be back the food was not good at all it wasn’t even warm.

Between me and you the food was very good I enjoyed it a lot. I only have one complaint and that is they should put more sauce on it. Yes I do understand that you can ask for extra to put on yourself but to me it's not the same somehow. Other than that I definitely recommend eating there.
