I go to waba grill everyday in multiple different locations. I understand that multiple different locations are owned by separate people and they have different operation times. I work in multiple different cities everyday so every time I see a waba grill from the freeway I will stop and that's where I get my lunch. Today. I showed up at this location 2 minutes before they opened, not knowing that you guys had a 10:00 a.m. start time upon driving through the drive-thru I said hello didn't get a response. Then I said hello again. Get a response. Which is no issue. So I drove around to the front to see what the operation hours were because they are not listed in the Drive-Thru. I see that it says 10:00 a.m. which was at the time 2 minutes until opening. So patiently I drive around and I was going to wait the 2 minutes but upon entering the drive-thru again whoever you have working it was a female voice stated give me a minute with the most attitude I've ever heard from anyone at any waba girl that I've ever experienced. I sat there and waited until she was ready and the way that she asked me to order was word for word, go ahead. What do you want in a very rude manner. I decided right then that with the attitude that she had I did not want her handling my food and I would like to take my business elsewhere. Unfortunately for you guys your employee is very rude. Disrespectful and doesn't have quality customer service. Maybe she needs to undergo some more training and learn how to speak to her customers. I love waba grill as a restaurant and I enjoy their food everyday but I will never come back to this location because of the worker that you guys had this morning. Thank you have a great day

Came to Waba Grill in Ontario, CA for a quick bite and was pleasantly surprised! The food was great! The chicken was grilled to perfection, juicy with just the right amount of char. The veggies were fresh and crisp, adding a nice balance to the meal. The portion sizes are generous, making it a great value for the price. The service was fast, even during peak hours, and the staff was super friendly and attentive. A young lady by the name of Delia was able to deliver my order to the back and shortly after I was out the door. The place is clean, which is always a plus. Five stars all the way!

I have consistently had a good experience @ this Waba Grill Location and have enjoyed is so much than I have twice ordered catering for two events we have hosted for work. The food is delicious, well cooked and the portions are plenty. The environment/ambiance has never been an issue & the service is on point. I specially have appreciated Jessica who has worked there for quite some time and has always been good to me and my family. She is thorough, kind and understanding. Looking to order food from here again for my upcoming events in 2025.

Whoever the lady is that works the night shift at 8:14 pm on Wednesday November 27th refuses to give me a extra bowl 🥣 ask to mix my food up with I asked nicely I work very hard I have no issues but here I have a issue she barely can work the register like this makes no sense

This waba grill always hooks it up whenever I go there. Especially jessica, she's a very beautiful person has a great smile and has great customer service. If yall go to this waba grill ask for jessica, she's the nice one that works drive thru some times.

My daughter, who is three years old, had a bathroom emergency and this place made me buy something to have a toddler use their bathroom. Absolutely ridiculous.

They recently started to skimp on the protein. The last 2 times I ordered my food, I received so much rice and a tiny amount of chicken. I am not sure who decided this was a great idea, I feel ripped off and won't be returning.
Also, their receipt makes a line through the QR code, rendering it useless when trying to earn points. The girls working the register won't use your app to scan the codes either, probably because it doesn't work for them either. I tried contacting corporate, but my request fell on deaf ears apparently.
