THEY HAD ROACHES IN MY BOWL. I THOGUTH IT WAS CHCIKEN BUT ENDED UP BEING A BIG CRUNCHYY ROACH. IT GAVE COVID 19 AND I HAD TO CUT A ARM OFF

I ordered a side salad and they didn't think to send salad dressing with the side salad. When I called to complain, the attitude was " What do you want me to do about it? It's not like anyone can bring you salad dressing right now." I asked to have the price of the salad refunded then, as the salad is useless without dressing. "I can't do that". They messed up the order and offered no solutions. Bad service. The salmon on my salmon plate was cooked to death. Very disappointing meal.

Waba FTW ^__^!I have always been a fan of Waba since the very first time I tried it! Back then there was only locations in north county {Anaheim & Orange} so I'd only be able to get it when we were in the area.. fast forward to 2022..Now I have my own location close to me! This location is on a super busy street so be careful coming in and out {especially during the lunch and dinner hours} I usually come after 6:30 so I don't have an issue with lines or crowds. The staff gets the food out super fast and it's soo fresh!Not to mention the staff is so nice and they aren't stingy with the condiments/sauces that are in the mini fridge behind the counter, plus endless WaBa sauce at the self serve pump FTW!! I had a bad experience at the Anaheim location by the Northgate market & I will never go back, because of their stinginess and terrible food!This location runs a smooth ship! It's always super clean, the floors don't feel sticky when you walk on them, the tables are clean. The self serve Waba sauce pumps are spotless! I never feel grossed out touching them. You can tell they are always wiping them down, never a trail of sauce to be found! It's little things like that, that let you know the owner of this location takes pride in the store and that trickles down to the employees.My food is always so fresh and on point! I love the pot stickers with the chicken bowl {only carrots, no broccoli or cabbage}. Sometimes my sister eats with me but shes a Yoshi noya girl ,me not so much LOL!I'm so happy I have a Waba close to me! Great food & service, it's a win win for me! ^__^

I am very upset, I always order steak bowls and lately the quality of meat is very poor. And very minimum. The plate is not fully served as other bowls I have received from other places. When I asked the person working he said it is due to them being short on meat due to being a slow location. Ridiculous!

My family and I ordered chicken bowls and this is our first time at this location, we ordered to go and got home and they gave us all rice with a sprinkle or shredded chicken. We were not happy at all we called to let them know and they couldn't help us they said. I was shocked at the service. I highly recommend people to make the extra time and drive to another location. Poor service poor portion. I should of took a picture to show you that this is not how you make a chicken bowl. So if you just want to eat a bowl of rice then it's the place for you

Burnt hard pieces of meat, salad is wilted and old, long wait time and you have to ask for condiments. Face expression says it all when you ask for sauce.

This waba grill is right down the street from my house and I always come to this one. fast service and management is great. My waba Bowl is always filled and fresh. waba is my favorite fast food spot so it's important that the food is perfect and this waba does just that!

DO NOT COME HERE. im a Waba grill lover, but this place has consistent issues. Always out of one meat or another. This week they're out of chicken, and I was the first person when the store opened. Not to mention this location has changed their hours to not open until 12pm. Find a better location. Has consistently made me late for my lunch break, and only ever THIS locationI keep adding to this review as they take longer and longer to make my food. I just watched the "chef" take food out of a prepared bowl, and put it BACK on the grill. Someone should teach these people how to cookFinally got my food 25 minutes after I ordered. Thanks for making me take an hour lunch over my 30 minute period. Coming here made me so viscerally upset it ruined my appetite. DO NOT COME HERE

I went in today on a quick lunch break , I have been here several times and it was just ok had servers who were not that polite or professional. However I went in today and the two young men working were so nice and kind. The store looked clean they were very efficient with the order just overall nice guys! I appreciate nice kind service . I'm hoping management sees this and recognizes these guys for doing a great job!

I visited this location on Nov 17th to pick up an online order. Upon arriving and entering the store I could smell a strong smell of either spoiled meat or sewer — not very appetizing. Both of the employees acted as if they had zero cares to give and moved as slow as they could to finish preparing the order. Speaking of preparing the order, neither of the 2 employees wore gloves while preparing the food which I know for a fact I’ve seen other locations have them on. Now, I have nothing against nose rings in general but it’s a little off putting when both employees had huge nose rings dangling out of their nose. Paired with the smell and no gloves I’ll be driving a little further next time I order from Waba.

Lazy& CARELESS STAFF, If I could give zerostars I would and I haven't even gone to thislocation!!!! I didnt have time to post till nowbut this happen in the end of October... mygirlfriend only gets a limited time for lunchand she didn't wanna complain but I suredon't mind letting the public know not to gohere!!! If your careless to cut up the avocadosand place this on the Dish, I CAN JUSTIMAGINE WHAT ELSE GOES ON!!!
