I was looking to get take out with a friend when I called in my order I noticed the total was more than usual. I asked to hear my order back and for an explanation as to why its so much the female worker was dismissive, disrespectful, refused to give her name or her managers name, and overall rude. When addressing me she snapped back with attitude, put me on mute without informing me why for an extended period of time only to then blame the mute on a customer she needed to attend to despite the fact that she was on the phone with a customer, before finally hanging up on me in the middle of my sentence. This is the worst experience I've ever had at WaBa, when I went into the store moments after I was hung up on the brunette female worker who refused to name herself ran to the back to avoid facing her actions. The manager/alleged owner of the location attempted to rectify the situation by saying he will "talk to her" but still didn't provide her name when I mentioned taking the issue to someone higher as he was the "owner". The lack of care on behalf of the staff as well as the poor customer retention training on behalf of the management is embarrassing for a cooperate chain like WaBa Grill.

Walked in while the cashier was sitting down talking to his friends in the lobby. Filthy lobby, cashier seemed like he didn’t want to be there. Haven’t been to a WaBa in a while. Won’t be back to this one.

I ordered 2 salads for work and the employee gave me a used salad with a peanut taste. The other one had missing ingredients . The employee continued to mixed the dressing with a spicy sauce. Which I have never seen it made like that. This was my first time going to this wabi grill. The employee refuse to give me the spicy sauce on the side. I had to throw the used salad in the trash. I was afraid I would get sick. Worst service I have ever received and the worst looking salads. Not worth the money or time to go to this Wabi grill at 1337 Mountain Avenue #4 Ontario,ca 91762

This specific place is the worst. They have amazing food but their service and attitude is terrible. I go there at least once a week. First of all, the manager always has this face like he hates working there. Makes everyone feel unwelcomed. The lady in the front taking orders has good customers service but doesn’t let people finish their order before interrupting. I waited 30 minutes for my simple Waba bowl and I was the only one there. Then I ask for an extra Waba sauce packet because they only put 1. She said she was going to charge me. So I left disappointed. I’m not a person who gets upset or even writes reviews, but this specific spot needs a reality check. Especially the manager that has an awful face and service. Keep in mind, this is the same situation every time I visit. At this point, I only get take out because I feel unwelcomed dining in.

I had a ribeye bowl with extra meat. I asked for light rice, and extra vegetables. When I got home with it, I thought the cook mixed it up. I had a LOT of rice. The meal was still very good, just not the way I wanted.
