The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked—my chicken bowl with veggies and their signature sauce was a delightful balance of healthy and delicious. The staff was incredibly friendly, quick, and made sure my order was spot-on. The restaurant was clean, and the atmosphere was welcoming, making it a great spot for a quick yet satisfying meal. Great Experience Every Time! The Waba Grill location in Ontario is always fast with their orders, and the food is consistently fresh. The customer service is friendly and welcoming—Ruben, in particular, has been awesome! I definitely recommend this location if you're ever in the area.
My new favorite at Waba Grill are the Pork/Veggie Dumplings with Thai Tea😋 I've been to several other locations in the past 2 days (La Verne, Upland, Ontario, Riverside, Rialto, Rancho Cucamonga) and the food is pretty consistent across the board, but I'd say the Waba Grill in Riverside on Van Buren blvd was the best! since the dumplings had a nice hot temperature. DONT FORGET to use the APP!! And rack up reward points! The points can be used towards free food! ~my order~ 2x: 5 Piece Dumplings 1x: Regular Thai Tea $12.27 This location shares a building with a starbucks, bank, and nail salon but the parking is sufficient.
