Was my first day purchasing in this location, I don't know if it's the franchise or the management of this place, but I regularly order food that I know I'm going to eat and I don't ask for extra things like sauces, also even though I paid a little more I have always asked for my vegetables that I need, I ordered a chicken bowl of to go with only "broccoli" and they told me that that vegetable was not available, that they only had cabbage and carrots, I accepted those vegetables and in the end when I got to my destination they brought the vegetable that supposedly was not available. I don't know if it was a bad day for the dispatcher but they should be flexible with the customers who at the end of the day are the ones who pay for the service even if it is a little extra.
