We found out about this place because my husband works a few blocks away from it and ever since we tried their food we haven't had sushi anywhere else. The food is very affordable, delicious and fresh. The customer service is exceptional! Definitely worth a visit!

BEWARE!When Dining at Wabi Sabi Ontario off of Grove if you have 5 guest they add in gratuity to the check and your sever doesn’t disclose this information. I was handed the bill with the top receipt stating merchant copy with the “subtotal” amount then ADD TIP. I added my 20% tip from the suggested amount marked on the bill and also tipped the chef on top of that. I noticed the next morning which was less than 24 hrs and still showing pending activity on my card. The detail receipt had a different subtotal, added gratuity and tax. On the merchant receipt they listed the total amount as the “subtotal” on the merchant receipt. I called them right away and the Manager wasn’t there. I left a message and explained the situation. I called later that day because I had not heard back. I spoke to the same young lady I spoke to earlier and she called the Manager Anthony again. Instead of Anthony reaching out to me directly they relayed the message to the young lady to tell me they can’t help me and dispute it. They took a 47% tip equaling $140 dollars and they think that is okay! I am about supporting local businesses, but this business just lost a loyal customer! Very disappointing.

I've been here many times in the past 15 years and all in all very satisfied with the food quality and service.

The sushi was SUPER fresh and amazing. The customer service was really good and the chef was very nice as well as fun! I also really liked the Japanese decor. Will definitely come here again. Everything we ordered was yummy!

Health inspection grade is a B but we still went in. The food is affordable considering we got fillet mignon cuts and shrimp. The yakisoba was bomb , very flavorful. The sushi rolls were ok. The steak was good with their butter Siracha sauce. The Thai green tea tasted artificial, I couldn't drink it that's how bad it was. The fried rice was hella bomb. Honestly everything was good but our tummies did hurt afterwards. The wings lacked flavor but they had a nice crisp.

It’s ok but notar great and it’s overpriced for the food you get . The sirloin quality could be better.

This is one of our favorite restaurants! The food here is delicious, and you have the option for dinner entertainment by sitting in front of the grill and the chefs show you how they do their magic.Staff is always friendly and courteous, dining in they check up often enough that we never found ourselves trying to get their attention.Food came out quickly and even on busy nights it doesn’t take too long, it’s hot and fresh off the grill making it a very pleasant experience. We also order take out every month or so and love the freshness and separation of hot/cold items in different bags.Great food, great service and reasonably priced for the quality of food you’re getting. Highly recommended! Cold beers in an chilled glass

Go anywhere else! Sushi is terrible sized for the price. The hibachi is over priced for the small size and the manager is terrible. The sushi chef smells like he just smoked 10 packs of cigarettes and breaths on your food. Literally the worst restaurant I’ve ever been too. Go anywhere else and support a business that actually tries. Sushi chef and manager are terrible! There are plenty of other restaurants that actually give what you pay for. If you like over priced food. Smelly sushi, and a sushi chef that smells of cigarettes then Wabi Sabi is still bad. Don’t go!

Was really surprised at how good the rolls and dinner entrees were. The food tasted fresh and the portions were hearty. One of the most enjoyable sushi/tepenyaki experiences that I have had in a long time. Will absolutely be coming back.Parking: There are other restaurants and business in the area, so parking directly in front of the restaurant is determined by the lunch and/or dinner rush.

I live down the street from this location, there was period in time where I would always order take out and drop at-least $80 plus %18 tip because it was so good! I stopped coming so often because it started to get pricey and so I treated it as a treat from henceforward. I would always order the same thing steak Yakisabo's, spicy rainbow roll, spicy tuna roll, Cali roll and Salmon roll. The sushi was fresh and generous, the Yakisabo had a great taste with veggies worth the price! But tonight my family and I ate at the restaurant, I noticed they changed up the place, which was good it looked better than before and of course the prices has increased, but wasn't surprised or upset over that! I was still expecting the food to be the same! The food quality dropped and the price increased! Sushi wasn't thick like before, Yakisabo lacked flavor and had very little veggies. This used to be my favorite place to go for sushi so disappointed! The service was a little slow considering the restaurant wasn't full.
