This location is awful! I wasted my whole lunch today going over there sitting in the drive thru and no one answered figuring they were closed I left and driving through the window was open and two employees were just leaving on the counter chatting. They never have any customers but still mess up your order and take 20 min to hand it to you if you walk in. Do not go here. They are rude when they do take your order.

By far the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. Walked in, no one at the counter. The lady working the fries just stood there. Two guys were heard talking in the back. After 3 minutes standing at the counter, one guy walked by and asked if I've been help and I said no and he just walked to the back. The lady still standing there without a clue on her face as to what's going on. Finally another guy came to the counter and asked if I've been helped, I said not yet still waiting, so he took my order. The fries were cold, the burger had shredded lettuce? Since when does Wendy's use shredded lettuce? Asked for new fries, now burnt and really 🔥, keep up the good work. 😂 You'll be gone soon.

Went in and used the kiosk thinking it would be quicker, ended up being a waist of our time. Kiosk was card only no way to finish our order and pay at the register, we had to do our order all over again with the person. Everyone else got there food right but mine is always special order and was not right. I ordered extra pickles and it only had 2, as far as the family chili we got. They didn't put cheese or onions and didn't even ask if we wanted it. Over all not to bad....

Very bad encounter with this location i had a mishaps when I ordered off of doordash I ordered pickup amd i didn't realize the location was different from the usual location i pick up from, this was a inconvenience because it was out of my way so by the time I got there I knew my fries and hamburger were cold i tried calling ahead to tell them i was going to be late but no answer, but I once worked at wendys years ago amd I know they take pride in freshness so asking them to make everything fresh wouldn't be a problem but much to my surprise I got a very rude manger tell me no they wouldn't re make it and than cut me off when I asked why. Because I know they're supposed to honor always having a fresh food.she barely let me talk ,kept cutting me off and I just gave up anx just left, they forgot to even give me my drink ,after all that when I was trying to eat my cold hamburger I found a hair and that killed my hunger entirely, I was not impressed today at all and the manger that helped me was Marisol/or merable

I was so bummed when I drove to Wendy's instead of another restaurant specifically for a baked potato and they were out. My son got nuggets that were ok but definitely a let down on the one item you can't get anywhere else.

Long story short I was enjoying my burger next thing you know I felt something on my tongue and it was a piece of hair in my “Son of Bacontor “ and my fries were very salty I really can’t feel my tongue. I seen how they do the fires they just pour salt ya’ll need to step it up and how you gonna give someone a small burger when they order a large combo smfh.

I was really excited about getting Wednesday meal because the show is today. I ate most of the food because I was hungry, but got disappointed on the Jr Cheeseburger deluxe and the fries were too salty as if they don't keep their tools clean or make sure not to over salt and over cooked the fries. I know what is like to work fast food. But if you can't be proud what you make then you should just move on. Its simple work, the machine does the rest.
Food and service were great. The music was too loud. Yeah, I'm a geezer. But it was still too loud. It interrupted the music from my meta glasses.

Customer service was amazing. The place was clean. The young lady taking my order Gaby was very helpful, polite and patient. The food was not only fresh but it came out really fast. Totally recommend! I will definitely be coming back here again.
