This wendy’s is severely understaffed most of the time and they always make you wait up front for a drive through order even if you’re the only one in line. Management needs to do better.

The prices are extremely high in comparison to other locations. Jurupa valley a few miles away is $3 less for value meal biggie bags. No such thing as the value menu at this location.

Apparently this location doesn't like getting customers. So, I placed a mobile order: a chicken sandwich and a cheeseburger. I requested no mayonnaise and ketchup and mustard on the burger, and light mayonnaise on the chicken sandwich. I go through the drive-thru- which is, by the way, completely empty anted 11 a.m.- and pick up my order. Upon opening up my burger, I see that they put mayonnaise. So that I proceed to check my chicken sandwich, where they put ketchup and mustard. I could understand if they were busy, but there was literally no one in the Drive-Thru when I got there. Apparently, either someone was not paying attention, they don't give a damn and give you whatever they feel like giving you, or they hate people with special orders, and were being vindictive. Either way, it ticked me off, and I will not be back. I don't recommend this location.

Wouldn’t let a 10 year old girl and a pregnant woman use the restroom. Said it’s because they had cleaned the restrooms and wanted them to stay clean for when they closed. Ridiculous. You are open.. no where near closing at 9pm… you close at midnight.. so why couldn’t my daughter and pregnant wife use your restroom? I demanded my money back and told them to keep their food. Went elsewhere.
Honestly a very bad experience. We went through the drive through at 9pm they had us pull up to the front. I needed to use the restroom im pregnant so its hard to hold my bladder. They wouldnt let me use the restoreoms because they mopped the floor. I was made to walk across the street to use daves hot chickens restroom. My huaband had to stay and wait for the food.My daughter also had to go and was ignored when she walked in to use the restroom. When my husband walked in to check on our food and daughter she was waiting and when he asked they again told him they mopped so we couldnt use the restroom.

IF I COULD LEAVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!!! The MANAGER on duty was absolutely rude when my son walked in to ask the code for the restroom. I came in shortly after to order. There were 3 people on staff but made him wait until all 3 of them finished 1 drive thru order. When the person came to the counter to take my order, I asked her to open the restroom for my son first and then I would order. She refused. I asked for the manager to complain and she referred me to the 1st lady that was even worse! I felt that my son was treated unfairly & profiled for just being a teenager. I went immediately to Five Guys where they gave me the restroom code BEFORE ordering & I proceeded to order AND leave a tip and a five star for them!! THIS WENDY'S WAS THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!!

For one of my fast food favorite cheese hamburgers. This location actually cooked it when I ordered my meal and both burger and fries where really hot. I like a good Wendy's burger and I got it here. A shout out to the ladies that ran the restaurant that night!!

Using the rewards app for food/discounts and employee looks at another employee and says the rewards system doesn’t work, sorry. Doesn’t offer to apply my rewards points/discount and when I ask she says, No we cannot apply anything.
