IF I COULD LEAVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!!! The MANAGER on duty was absolutely rude when my son walked in to ask the code for the restroom. I came in shortly after to order. There were 3 people on staff but made him wait until all 3 of them finished 1 drive thru order. When the person came to the counter to take my order, I asked her to open the restroom for my son first and then I would order. She refused. I asked for the manager to complain and she referred me to the 1st lady that was even worse! I felt that my son was treated unfairly & profiled for just being a teenager. I went immediately to Five Guys where they gave me the restroom code BEFORE ordering & I proceeded to order AND leave a tip and a five star for them!! THIS WENDY'S WAS THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!!

For one of my fast food favorite cheese hamburgers. This location actually cooked it when I ordered my meal and both burger and fries where really hot. I like a good Wendy's burger and I got it here. A shout out to the ladies that ran the restaurant that night!!

Using the rewards app for food/discounts and employee looks at another employee and says the rewards system doesn’t work, sorry. Doesn’t offer to apply my rewards points/discount and when I ask she says, No we cannot apply anything.

Didn't go inside. Late night salad was fresh and very nice.
It's not opened. Even though online it saids it should be open and the open sign is on. No one working. Looked through the windows. The drive thru sign has been trashed and seems out of service.

Went inside, no one in dining area. Took workers a few minutes to notice i was there. I was trying ro be patient. I get eye contact, but, still no one acknowledges me. I did a mobile app order, so I am waiting. 15 min later, still nothing. Can't cancel the order. I try to be patient, a simple acknowledgement would be great! No apologies, almost as if they were upset I was there. Will not come back to this location again. Milliken location. Rudest 3 ladies.

Stopped in to buy a soda but needed to use the restroom first. Clerk said restroom is for customer only. Told her I was going to be a customer but since she refused to let me use the restroom I would go elsewhere. Clerk was unprofessional and was preoccupied talking in Spanish to another person.
Is this Wendy's policy, or poor management, or just a n inept clerk? So customers beware, recommend you go anywhere else!!
