I visit the Wendy’s in Holt and the customer service was amazing there the manager in charge Araceli was very respectful super nice customer service 10 out of 10 a great smile. She was very helpful because I’ve been to other Wendy’s and the managers are not very smiling or helpful and Araceli was just a 5 star customer service I will be coming here often

That cashier gave me the wrong code for the women's bathroom, I asked him twice and wrote it down, another employee had to open it for me, entirely poor guy, he was taking a break, I hope they have a restart button for that do you can take your break even you help a customer all over again not nice at all.

I went to the store Friday march 21 My food was very good but I feel bad for the worker because a man threw a soda at him through the drive thru window. Then the man came inside and he was screaming at the manager looking for the employee but the manager named Elvia handled the situation really good the workers were nice I don’t know what the man’s problem was be careful with the crazy people in ontario.
