13 Aug (~ 7pm) Sold me a $7 piece of cardboard in the shape of a pretzel. I used to tell people Wetzel’z is better than Auntie Anne’s. Not anymore! Undercover boss should check your quality control if you want to keep customers. You figure the employees would know if their product was old and would provide the customer with something fresh. Overall very disappointed especially having tipped them.

hi i work as a secuirty guard at the ontario mills mall and had the same problem as last time with this one girl who was very unsanitary she didn't use gloves and just put the pretzel back on the rack after she told me she couldn't give me 2 so i told her that okay ill just get one but the instant i saw her put back the other one on the rack even after she grabbed it without gloves and then i went back today May 2 2024 she tells me oh i was told not to give you a pretzel after you made a scene last time when i didn't make a scene all i told her was that she was supposed to throw away the pretzel if she grabbed it with her bare hands without any gloves because we all know your supposed to throw it away if you grab it with your hands that the right way of doing it and then i just put the food down and she also told me i couldn't order from there because of there being less of them and that i had to go to the main kiosk at the front but worst customer service ever she was young and doesn’t know what she doing i just don’t understand why they hire people who don't wanna work there in the first place she needs to be fired immediately!!!!

Was at this Pretzel Place buying cinnamon pretzels there was a girl working with no gloves on buttering up pretzels. She sprinkled the salt over them pick them up with her nails and place them in the bag the proceeded to lick her fingers and walk out of the little kiosk while she was talking to other employees?????????

Perfection!!! Perfectly warm and the dough is absolutely delicious. Had a good pull apart and snack on. This is what I am needing on a busy mall day. 10/10

Their menu isn't shown until when you order, their menu is under the register so it makes it hard to see while line.Food I had no complaints with but the strawberry lemonade had a unpleasant bitter aftertaste that isn't present at other Wetzels.There's also a ton of workers where you can even see the food being made upfront.I tried to take a picture of the menu but you'll see why I had trouble

At this location what I didn't like was there was no hair nets while preparing food and the lady that was taking the money had no gloves on while still handling the food, grabbing cups over the top touching food. This is what I didn't like, unsanitary with all that's already going on so this is why I gave this location a 2 star rating.

Tyler ,and SPECIFICALLY Tyler the manager, is extremely rude and unprofessional. I had an issue with my order. Something as simple as replacing the wrong drink for the correct one shouldn’t be as difficult as he made it. I would think as a manager he would have some ounce of decent customer service experience but I guess not. Guess you can’t expect much from someone who’s that miserable. He also had a booger in his nose the whole time he was arguing with me over a Sierra Mist. Most awkward interaction I’ve ever had at this wetzels pretzel. Won’t be coming back to this location.
