Was at this Pretzel Place buying cinnamon pretzels there was a girl working with no gloves on buttering up pretzels. She sprinkled the salt over them pick them up with her nails and place them in the bag the proceeded to lick her fingers and walk out of the little kiosk while she was talking to other employees?????????

Get the app it's worth the rewards. If you're a mall soft pretzel consumer this app will help you get more soft pretzels for free. There is one location in the main food court but this smaller kiosk is located next to Ambercrombie & Fitch. They have the same menu available. Used my free reward for a refreshing lemonade during the halftime of the shopping trip. It gave that boost of energy especially because it was a little crowded and humid at Ontario mills. Can't say no to a Wetzel's pretzel and jalapeño cheddar!

I didn't want to walk a quarter of a mills to get to Auntie Anne's so here I am at Wetzel's Pretzel that is slightly right outside of the food court of Ontario Mills. Sweet! Now of course my daughters and my favorite pretzel is Almond Crunch from Auntie Anne's. However, we are open to trying other pretzel joints just in case these other pretzel contenders can compete LOL.I just got 2 Almond Crunch. What a coincidence... they have the same name as Auntie Anne's, but it's the bite and taste that will make or break it! I have to declare that Auntie Anne's still comes up on top as having the best Almond Crunch so far. Wetzel's version of Almond Crunch is a lot drier and the crunch doesn't stick to the pretzel. They need more butter IMHO. Sweetness could be a tad sweeter. Anyway, both my daughters gave the same feedback as well. It's unanimous!Staff was extremely nice. Prices are comparable to others. Now this location is within the walkway and not in a store. Not sure if that makes a difference in the making of the pretzel... maybe I'll try a store front one and see if there's a difference in the pretzel. Love the ambiance and setup though. Good lighting! Will I be back? Depends on how bad I want a pretzel and if I want to walk LOL. See you when I see you!

This was a slightly late review from 'Wetzel's Pretzels,' Ontario Mills Shopping Outlets, CA. Like I aforementioned, my family and I hang out here quite often for this is like the closest Outlets to us. My mom and I were on our way out from our short retail therapy session, so we decided to stop by this snack shop right across from the main food court area. I would have rated them a five star, but now the pretzels are almost as pricey as boba drinks from what I got: we ordered two pieces of unsalted pretzels to go. I wanted to try a dip so ordered the pizza sauce to go with my order. The pizza sauce was just okay so next time I should try a cheese dip instead. The Cashier was prepping the pretzels and taking care of The entire order all by himself, so he was rather fast. There was a tad bit of a line right in front of us, but we were still in and out of here within twenty minutes of wait time. I'd be back again if craving for pretzels for my next trip to Ontario Mills Outlets, CA.

Perfection!!! Perfectly warm and the dough is absolutely delicious. Had a good pull apart and snack on. This is what I am needing on a busy mall day. 10/10

The pizza bit pepperoni looked like it was expired and they tasted horrible.

This review is for their small kiosk station location which is across Children's Place in the Ontario mall. Due to their location, I assume employees are shared so by association, this review is falling under this business since there's no Yelp page for this smaller business. First off, as a public health advocate, I noticed gloves were not changed as he was kneading dough. Called away from his task, he touched handles and cash register amongst so many other things it grossed me out. I knew I should have said something but was embarrassed. In this day in age, we must be prideful in washing hands and changing gloves. Not only for ourselves but for the ones ingesting the food. I thought this was common sense. My next stop is a corporate message after posting this.

If I could give a 0 I really would.. I was at Ontario mills today & decided we should buy some Pretzels bites for my kids including my one year old baby. We stopped by the kiosk by the wedding dress & purchased plain Pretzels bites, We started giving them to the kids & they were very hard I couldn't even bit into them how was my one year old suppose to even eat that!?! If I could hardly bit into it! I went calmy to ask if I could please get my money back, & took the bag back with my receipt as well I let them know they were hard & we couldn't eat those. The guy at the registered was very calm & did try helping me out! But the girl that was with him (I couldn't not see her name) Got the bag of bites & said "there not even that hard!" First of all they shouldn't be hard! Second of all I asked calmy & was never rude of her to be rude to me! The guy told me he tried giving me the softest ones but tried adding butter to soften them up more So now they were soaking in butter Worst experience ever!

Their menu isn't shown until when you order, their menu is under the register so it makes it hard to see while line.Food I had no complaints with but the strawberry lemonade had a unpleasant bitter aftertaste that isn't present at other Wetzels. There's also a ton of workers where you can even see the food being made upfront.I tried to take a picture of the menu but you'll see why I had trouble

At this location what I didn't like was there was no hair nets while preparing food and the lady that was taking the money had no gloves on while still handling the food, grabbing cups over the top touching food. This is what I didn't like, unsanitary with all that's already going on so this is why I gave this location a 2 star rating.

Ordered 2 cinnamon sugar pretzels Wednesday afternoon when I came here. I used a BOGO coupon, so I got 1 for free. Not bad 2 pretzels for $5. I enjoyed one of them and gave the other to my friend. I wouldn't pay $5 for a pretzel because I don't think they are that good, plus their line is always longer than Auntie Anne's, I'd rather go there.

Why is Tyler, the manager still employed I ask myself. I asked for "a drink" while I waited since part of my order was going to take 10 mins because my item wasn't ready. Most decent businesses offer a complementary drink to a waiting customer. Tyler is very unprofessional, uneducated, rude and incompetent. He said, "I'm not gonna give you a free drink just because you choose to wait for your order. Do you expect that from other places too?" I paid for one order and decided to cancel the other. Tyler became irate and laughed when I told him I was canceling my second order. He began to argue over my cancelation. I told him to stop arguing with me as a customer and to just refund me my money. He said "you're not a customer. A customer pays." Even though I did pay for one order. It's evident it's not the first complaint against Tyler. He needs to find another job that doesn't involve dealing with PAYING customers. I told him I would contact the corporate office and he said in a rude tone of voice, " go ahead... you do that and have a nice day." Never again buying from Wetzel. Pretzels...What an embarrassment for the company he represents. Ontario Mills Kiosk #1. 11/12/21 2:32 pm.
