I was passing through the area on my way home and this was the closest Wingstop location to me. The workers/service are my biggest issue with this location. The employee who took my order wasn't rude, but had an attitude like he didn't want to be there. He asked me questions in a passive low tone of voice as I placed my order. After placing it, it took 35 minutes to prepare, but a (different) employee acknowledged the wait was longer than expected and gave me extra wings as a result, which I do appreciate. The (lemon pepper) wings weren't bad, but not evenly seasoned (you could see a lot more pepper on some wings than others). While eating inside the restaurant, I noticed a third worker had gone on break and put his phone on blast as he watched videos and you could hear vulgar words being spoken. A complete disregard for customers. I'm not expecting exceptional service or 5 star dining at such an establishment, but definitely a better experience than what I got. Been to several Wingstop locations throughout the Rancho/Ontario/Chino area. This is one, I don't plan on coming back to.

Horrible. By far the worst location in the area. I have done dine in and carry out. Employees simply do not care about customers. I’ve been the only person in the store and ordered and watch it take over 15 minutes for them to start working on orders. They prioritize friends and family of employees that come in and ignore regular people. The food is consistently late, cold, and nobody cares.

I had an excellent experience at this Wingstop location. An employee named Zoe (apologies if I’m remembering the name incorrectly) took the time to help me choose my order, and her recommendations were fantastic. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and provided great customer service. I’ll definitely return because of the wonderful experience. She made my experience so fun even though I’m extremely shy.

I ordered food online for delivery, I called in and Lydia answered she was very respectful and her customer service is on point. She left a note on my bag saying I hope you enjoy. I am an assistant manager at my job and customer service is very important. She did an amazing job. And for that I will be back. Great job Lydia.

WORST experience ever, the general manager was horrible and very rude. food came out undercooked and cold. DONT APPLY HERE EVER he admits that he’s only trying to interview people so he can go to corporate. He doesn’t plan on hiring anybody and he WILL waste ur time

Update 2025 april. Still horrible service order sat on counter even though it was ready... tendies got soggy order was late again after 5 years nothing has changed. Super slow service. Never on time when you order online. They worry more about giving free future combos than boxing up food. Food gets cold sitting on counter because they are waiting for other stuff but it wont come out because they haven't stuck it in the oven or frier..... seriously effing think before you act. Get the customers out with warm food not cold food and lagged.
