The manager Freddy is very rude and neglects his duties!! They burnt my sandwich and didn't send my drink. They wanted me to drive all the way to the store to have my order corrected. He is not reliable nor a person who shall deal with the public.

Took 45 min to get my order. They got my order wrong and forgot my fries and wouldn’t give me a refund unless I drove all the way back with my entire order. For the 45 min wait plus the expensive price it is not worth it. I think I’ve had better wings at Applebee’s. Bad customer service to top it off. Please hire a new manager.

Ordered ahead of time and still had to wait 45 mins I just canceled my order and left since I was on lunch manager try to deny me a refund after the food was still not ready trying to say it was ready other customers had to wait longer wait times than usual if you order from here be careful wait time might take long depending on who's working

I really wish I could give this place 0 stars. Every time I place my order online it's give me an eta of 15-20 minutes, I get there in 35 minutes to give them extra time and even with that extra time they still manage to take an additional 15 minutes. my order doesn't end up being ready until 50 minutes later. It never fails. Please save your time and order elsewhere.

I ordered online to pickup , said ready in 2-3mins.I arrived 15mins later,The guy looked at my order receipt and turned start chat chat with other employees, and left me at pickup counter , it took me a while to figure out the order was NOT ready.Guys and gals , purely do Not go this location.

After reading the reviews and trying this place out a few times, I don't know how it's still open. I placed an order at 6:37pm. It said it would be ready in three minutes. Didn't believe that so I got there at 7pm and it still wasn't ready. They only started it once I got there. What's the point of ONLINE ordering? There was also only one person making several orders, and one person tending to the register and about four people hanging out in the back.
