The owner of the store is very rude. I don’t recommend coming here, unless you really wanna get yelled at and rude. I experience first-hand, and it was just Awful experience, and he was being rude to employees all of them. She had a face the whole entire time. Very mean, very bossy, besides, shooting his customers mean he was also treating his employees. Really really cruel, and I just don’t think you should do that man.
I won’t be coming here again. If he’s there because he’s just the rudest. Also, my food was cold, and then I asked if he can reheat it please and he literally got mad and told me there’s a whole line behind you. You need to hurry up and get out and I said oh so you can’t heat up my food and he said no. Like I can’t get out. You came late for your food. I didn’t come late. I was literally two minutes late. I don’t think I was Late For my food to be cool.

The owner willie or wtv His name is was so rude. I have never been to a restaurant. That manager is so rude. I walked in. I was taking my order and he was just being very rude and made me repeat my order again, and that was fine, but he just kept making me, repeat it, and I first. I thought he couldn’t hear me, but I realize that he could hear Me and he then made a conversation. He just walked away and went to the back and didn’t come back after a couple minutes. Like 10 minutes.

I had a very disappointing experience with the service provided by manager Fernando also known as Host R’ Lando. The team was inattentive to my order as it was detailed (10 piece, bone in all flats and extra crispy). However, I placed my order at 12:14, but it took 30 minutes to be ready when I was told it would take approximately 15mins. When I received my order it was still incorrect. I waited an additional 30 minutes without receiving the correct order that’s when the cashier advised me that I would have to pay an additional fee for the “all flats” because Fernando incorrectly keyed in the wrong order from my original. So I brought it to Fernando’s attention that he keyed in the incorrect order. He immediately got defensive, his customer service was completely unacceptable and disrespectful, especially when he returned the old order back to after I requested a refund. Fernando stated he couldn’t issue a refund nor store credit. As he refused to take ownership of his mistake. When I asked to speak with someone higher up, he informed me that he was the highest authority at this franchise location and that I would have to deal with the situation as it stood. This was incredibly frustrating, and I was left with a remade order made by the team that I had to pay an additional charge instead of a proper resolution for his crew up and inconvenience on his behalf.

An employee with a mustache who speaks Spanish i went to pick up my order and he see me very rudely with a bad face and told me we were busy you have to wait It was on Sunday, March 3 at 2 pm.

As soon as we walked in, the male employee at the counter (working around 12:30 pm male with durag on) looked at us and said, “It’s a 35–40 minute wait.” No greeting, no explanation — just the wait time, right off the bat. It felt like he was trying to turn us away immediately, like he didn’t want to be bothered.

We left because we didn’t have 40 minutes to spare. I called right after to double-check the situation, and the same person answered and told me the wait was an hour. That made no sense — we had just walked out! It felt like he just didn’t want to work or deal with customers at all.

This kind of attitude is unacceptable, especially during lunch hours. I get that online orders can pile up, but at least communicate that professionally. Wingstop is usually one of my go-to spots, but this experience was enough to make me think twice about coming back. Management really needs to address how this location treats walk-in customers.

Worst food ever chicken was overcooked beyond overcooked. Oil in the fryers definitely need to be changed.Almost smells and taste like fish. Anybody?
Thinking of going to this place?Don't go there. It will be a waste of your hard earned money

the manager here was so so nice and made sure to help everyone in the store. she was never just standing around she goes out of her way to ask people what they need and if they been helped definitely recommend this location hopefully this manger never leaves ! 🤍

Worst wings I've ever had at a WingStop. I ordered Louisiana Rub and Atomic. The Atomic had little souce, and the Louisiana Rub had absolutely nothing. The fries were the same, no seasoning what so ever. I won't be ordering from this place ever again.
