Don't go here unless you can afford to give your money away. They mess up your order and lie about giving your money back. So definitely an avid fan of Wingstop. Unfortunately this location has given me many Order issues. I’ve had multiple times were they did not put my sauce on the side and dressed all my wings. One of my orders, 10 of the wings were completely overcooked and burnt where the other two were perfect. I’ve also had a time where they did not give us any sauces or condiments for any of the wings fries or tenders. Unfortunately I had a stop using this location because it’s very Upsetting when I order food and it’s messed up. Along then I can’t leave work to go and get it fixed. Usually order this place on my lunch. The staff needs to understand the hospitality field better. This way when issues happen they’re not rude to the customer. This is a big no-no in my book. Hopefully management reads this and takes an evaluation of what’s going on at this location. I wish you the best of luck if you do try this location, but there are many Wingstop and neighboring cities.

No ac must of been 90 degrees in side .The employees were slow.We had to ask if our food was ready and it was just sitting there no one called our name.
They definitely need to play music since I have people waiting 30 and 45 minutes and they're extra rude to Uber eats delivery drivers It seems like every time I go there they purposely give away my orders or act like they didn't know I was already there waiting as soon as I get there I always check in and tell them the name I'm waiting for and the last time the lady disappeared for 25 minutes and when I came back I had to ask her again and she had an attitude and just said it's not ready yet so yeah the service here sucks and they should be reported to the health department with the way they keep the sauce in those bowls probably figure out 3 to 5 days before they wash them their prep stations are filthy and I don't even understand how anybody could eat there

Beware of placing an order in advance. I placed an order at 6:40 to be ready at 8:15. I arrived at 8:15 and the food was ice cold. They seem to not understand the concept of a timed order. It's supposed to be ready at the time given, not well beforehand.

Chicken wings are horrible! Tiny, over fried and dry, and barely any meat. Thankfully it was empty so my food actually came out on time this time. But the last few times I’ve bought here the food has been pretty bad! Not going back.
