Husband and I first time ever having Wingstop Ontario, Oh. We were very pleased with the service we had there. The staff was amazing and Sasha is one of the most outstanding employee we’ve encountered. The food was amazing!!! Thank you girls for a wonderful experience and food.

I placed an online order, and it was ready in just 15 minutes, with my food waiting for me—definitely a plus! The customer service was decent, although it felt a bit chaotic due to a shift change. The older lady who assisted me was friendly, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the fries were lukewarm and a bit too salty. The wings were also extremely salty. Additionally, it’s frustrating to pay extra for ranch when it should be included! Overall, it was a decent experience, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

Called 3 times to ask for hot lemon wings so they can make them before I get there and all 3 times George answered and put me on hold for 6 mins each time then when I asked if they can still make my hot lemon he said it’s too late we already made your wings then I asked for a manager and he said there’s no manager here! Worst customer service ever this Wingstop is trash for service

I called today to notify the manager the wings I received were not cook correctly and they smell bad, I told him I am letting you know that is Not ok and someone might get sick like me, he did not say a word and hung up on me, I don’t appreciated it , Scott was very rude , I was not even asking for them the remade my order only to notify them that way someone else does not get sick and he acted like he does not care, is very sad people Ignore or don’t care customer service anymore

Great restaurant. The food is good. It's not as reasonably priced as it used to be, but it is convenient. I normally go for one of the specials. I used to love when I could order online and pay at the restaurant. That was recently taken away. That is the only downside. I would order in the car or on the way there, and the food would already be being made. I do like the choices that you get to choose from.

Great Wings! Chain spots like this are really about consistency, and these guys consistently make the same wings I expect every time. The wings are great, and I only wish there was a good pizza spot nearby. I wish the fries were a little crispier, but luckily I come here for the wings.
