I got food poisoning that same night after I ate their pork. I ordered 2 tonkotsu ramen for me and my lady and she gave me her 2 slices of pork out of her bowl which I’m glad I took now since I was the only one who got food poisoning. She is pregnant and who knows what that could’ve have done to her.

Out of all the eateries in the Ontario Mills Outlet, this is probably the place my family and I frequent most often. Unless it's peak lunch time, the wait usually isn't long and you can sip on complimentary water while waiting. The tables and floor is quite clean, and that is thanks to the man who regularly cleans the place throughout the day (who I've learned is the owner's father!)

My go to order is usually the chicken and shrimp hibachi plate with the fried rice. The chicken is browned nicely, and the shrimp is crunchy. I like the mild spicy mayo that comes with it, and ordering 2 plates is more than enough for 3 people. The food is far superior to anything else you can get in the food court, but it is admittedly of the same variety (leans oily, salty). I've also gotten the beef noodle soup in the past and it's decent as well!

My first time here !The food is delicious is kind of pricey 🤤 but good portions. Excellent service. My only COMPLAINT is the restroom I honestly hope the kitchen area is clean. The OWNER should poor a bottle of bleach 😭. See my video

Absolutely avoid this restaurant at all costs! The noodles and pickled vegetables were disgusting and smell weird! Really made me feel sick! I deeply regret not wailing a few more steps to try another place in the food court. I can’t imagine food of this quality still expecting tips! Do yourself a favor and never eat here!

We came here on a Friday and they had a buy one get one 50% off event with the pepper chicken rice and lemon chicken rice. We also ordered Taiwanese beef noodle soup. They were all warm and delicious! We will come again.

I came here during my lunch and found it empty. Great for me as I don’t like it being too crowded. I ordered the R1 tonkotsu ramen, and didn’t have to wait long for my order to come out.

I really like ramen, so I was excited to get some during a work day when it’s usually reserved for weekends. I have to say, this was some of the worst ramen I’ve ever had. The broth was devoid of almost any flavor, the noodles overcooked, and its only real saving grace were the two slices of pork that came with the meal. I didn’t finish my meal, and felt that I should have just gone across the street for ramen instead.

I didn’t sample the rest of their menu, but just based on their ramen I don’t think I’ll want to. At least the searing area was quiet enough for me to “enjoy” my meal.

DO NOT get the Black Pepper Chicken. In fact just to be on the safe side, AVOID this place. You never know what kind of cross contamination is going on in their kitchen! They don’t disclose that there are peanuts in their marinade. I made my daughter eat her dinner and assumed the spice of the pepper is what was making her tongue and mouth hurt. This is life or death….Save yourself a trip to the ER and having to use the EpiPen very dangerous to not disclose nuts in their recipes, thank God my daughter is OK.

Never have I seen a place serve dine-in food in plastic containers. Feels like microwave food, and the beef in beef noodle soup definitely tastes like canned meat.

I believe we were assisted by Chen; the customer service was awesome!! I stopped at this place on a whim. I tried the pork, pretty normal. The dipping sauce made it better. We also gave the teas and boba a try. Thai milk and lychee green were both good. The boba was surprisingly soft. Never have I ever had boba that soft. It didn't taste bad its just that the texture was not the chewy consistency we're used to, very interesting. Would go back to try other items when I'm in the area. Nice job Chen!

Bought a boba tea, request no ice, yet still have ice which is fine no big deal, but the boba is HARD!!! Either the boba is not well cook or it is overnight. Very first time had hard boba. Will never try this restaurant again. Terrible quality.
