The food here is really authentic, with Taiwanese taste, especially the shrimp fried rice and beef noodles. The portion of fried rice is quite large, and the shrimps are also quite big. I think the price is very good in the United States. Push push!
It was mediocre food. No need to tip because it’s basically a fast food place. One time use bowel and forks. They give you an alert when your food is ready. I was sitting right next to their counter but they expect you to get up and pick up the food from the counter. It was a bit of awkward cuz nobody was there anyway. You also clean up after yourself like a food court place.
Was it bad? No. Was it good? It was ok. Look if you have lived in rancho all your life and never had ramen outside of here I can see why you would think this is the best. But if you had japanese style ramen in los angeles, san francisco, san diego. This is below mid. But its not bad, like i said if this is your only exposure to ramen you will like it, especially if you arent really looking for something authentic.
