Online ordered 2 combos with drink to go but only received 1 drink. Tried to go over the order with the cashier but she didn’t even want to communicate and just said “no it’s one drink”and send me away. I can’t spend more time here so I walked and decided not to go to yoshinoya again. I received 2 orders of rest items because they are two identical orders. How can there be only one drink? It’s common sense if you look at the order and think.

As Yoshinoya was closing here and there, I had to stop by when I arrived at Ontario Airport. I haven't had Yoshinoya for 7-8 years now. I was a huge fan of Yoshinoya menus, but... now that I had it since a while ago, I don't like it anymore. First of all, the to-go box is smaller. I used to eat 2 meals with 1 combination order, but this time, I almost finished it. Secondly, it has gotten more salty than before. Quality dropping = going out of business. No wonder. I won't be returning again unless I go to the ones in Japan. Goodbye, Yoshinoya.

I ordered a large teriyaki bowl and they only gave me the same amount of chicken as a regular bowl.
I paid more and received less.
Don't visit this location. Drive the extra 2 miles and visit the location near the Ontario Mills Mall.

Nope. Wouldn't go if I were you. I got a chicken bowl. Had about 4 bites of chicken. No exageration. Also the bowl was not good tasting and it was dry. Nope. Don't waster your, time, money or appetite.

Second time here - everyone is not only nice but helpful. The store is clean and food is good I made a mistake when ordering and they fixed it without making a face. The experience here is completely different from the location on Garey ave. Most definitely our new Yoshinoya spot. Happy employees are everything!
