BEWARE their support is anything customer driven. Also notice most positive reviews here have just a single review, Hmmmm.Online chat is never online. Phone support is barely ever answered. They all have canned responses to email. Emails are never returned.If you do get someone on the phone they make commitments they don't keep, even on the basic commitments of giving a call back.7 contacts over 3 months with their customer support. Can't issue a check or ship a part since August. It's December now.

I like to buy dealer direct fpr most things I purchase, so I read the reviews, did the research.. zgrills had pretty good info on how good they are. Not much on their customer service tho.I was between a trager and zgrill. Finally I decided on a 700d2 *new model* a bit over 700 dollars, but I figured it was worth it.Shipping was delayed due to fed ex, no worries. Now the problems start ..I saw a flash sale through grillsbuy.com . Same grill i ordered with alot of accessories for 230 dollars cheaper.So again I'm more of a dealer direct guy, called zgrills no answer straight to voice mail. I then emailed them and asked for a price match or price break.This was their response * We're sorry but we can't honor the price at 499,it's the flash sale from the dealer not from us.We don't have the authority to do that.As per the return policy,if the return has nothing to do the quality,you may need to burden the shipping fee at $180.and dismantle the grill to pack it in the original way.Let me know your option please*So on their website it says a honest price.. well if they are marking up their grills that much, that a dealer who gets their grills from them can sell them that cheap, then obviously their prices are not honest.. so im at fault for Beileving the zgrills website and having faith in what they said .. but won't fall for that again..Long story short shop around and do not buy directly from zgrills, if you want to save some money that is... I will be returning my grill and purchasing from a dealer. I live right next door to where it needs to be shipped.. so other then a restocking fee I won't pay the 180. Plus my smoker is still in the box..Again look for other dealers and not directly from zgrills. Poor customer service and they won't work with you to price match. It irritated me more that the customer rep said they do not have the authority to price match .. but they can sell a grill at a 40 percent price increase to the Consumer, with no price match.. and they take advantage of you by making it hard to return it .. definitely horrible customer service..Best of luck every one on your smoking!
