At 10:40, I saw the clerk sitting there, and asked about the official opening at 11 o'clock. Because of the movie at 11:10, I thought the time was just right, but at 11 o'clock, the clerk slowly started to turn on various equipment, and then said that the equipment was turned on. It didn't work. We were late for the movie because we were anxious, so we asked if we could order it in person with her first. She did it first and then waited for the machine to turn on! She lazily said no, and I asked if we could order it with my mobile phone. She said you can try it, but there were dozens of drinks, no exaggeration at all, and there were only two that you could order. I was really pissed off, and I was late for the movie. , and then delayed us from buying any drinks. I just want to ask if there is no manager to manage such a good store. The drinks themselves are very good, why did it become this kind of operation? Didn’t this clerk pay her salary? ? !

Your feedback is valuable, and we hope you'll give us another chance in the future." - This is your response I see earlier from the similar issue of closing the shop and walking away while still accepting orders and keeping the tablets and online mode on...to me this is well planned cheating...once might be a mistake..
If it happens recurring, it's a well executed plan to charge the customer without providing the service and no one to report either because no one is there... excellent plan..
Now just let me know how do I get the refund back...

Did not get to order as what I wanted was out of stock. Reviewing just to add menu images. I do like that you order at a tablet , and the photos of the drinks were quite appealing, although what I really want to try are the ube desserts! Will try at a later time.

Out of stock on mostly everything. Waited for over 15 minutes for order. No one was there. Can’t even ask for a refund because no one was there. There should be a closed sign if they are on break how are we supposed to know. Will stop coming here.

I have recently been trying to show up early enough for the Coconut Zero, with again no luck and again being out of stock. Thus settling for a "Thai me up" and a "Grape lemonade", The "Grape lemonade" was nothing more than water with ice and hint of lemon flavor along with soggy mashed grapes in the bottom even with the option of regular sweet cane sugar, there was zero taste of anything. Now my wife's drink "Thai me up" was decent for the simple fact it had actaul taste but soon after she was informing me of stomach discomfort and nausea. With a few gulps left of her drink, I happily finished with soon my own self having stomach discomfort and pain. Now, with a mission to race home to prevent defacating myself while driving... this mission failed with my wife throwing up into a bag and myself defacting everywhere with still a few minutes left to get home. Now I've tried many times to call with no answer along with the mall management with only being hung up on. What shall I do next for this inconvenience of my Saturday?

Many times my mom, aunts and myself went specifically to get the coconut zero and lately is been sold out ... very disappointed because that's the only reason we go, even on some of those times other people trying to order the same beverage and just left disappointed saying it happened several times to them as well... are you guys having it back again?? For sure losing a lot of customers!

Unexpectedly, it has osmanthus flavor. I bought osmanthus oolong and guava lemon.Very deliciousAfter purchasing, I saw the tip mentioned in the review. When I purchased it, I used a tablet and there was no hidden tip option like previous reviews mentioned. The production speed was very fast.

drink had chunks of powder that felt gross, and it just tasted like pure milk not the flavor i asked for, also it have me an upset stomach and diarrhea. I k ow it was the drink because the whole day me and my sister ate all the same thing except for this one drink.

I like their drinks, they’re unique and taste good, not too sweet. But upon ordering at the self checkout, I noticed at the end when I was going to pay they had secretly added their own tip to my order! No pop up or indication that they added the tip at all. People who are not paying attention will not see that added charge and it’s very deceiving. What’s wrong with this place? Are they that desperate for money that they need to add tip FOR me? So ridiculous. Im disappointed because their drinks are good but I cannot support a shop that is part of this OUT OF HAND tipping culture.

Not bad, you have to order on a tablet, there is no service at the front so I'm not sure why the tablet asks for a tip. But it's a cute dessert

I ordered the pink guava Oasis and the drink is very nice but the worker there was very disappointing. She saw me and my elderly grandmother standing at the register waiting to order and we were the only ones there. She went back behind a kitchen wall out of site and didn’t appear for a while until my grandmother had to call out for her. Then she came out immediately with a grumpy face and took the order as if we were a bother to her just for being there. I wanted the lychee but she just bluntly said, oh that’s sold out, I ordered my drink and my grandmother handed her cash and again bluntly said, no cash. My grandmother asked where it said clearly that no cash is accepted because so far everything we ask is rejected. She pointed at a sticky note on the menu in corner which no one would notice. She handed me the drink pretty quickly but just with a grumpy, here you go and no bye have a nice day, smile or nothing. Definitely didn’t mind paying $6 for the drink but regretted my purchase just because the worker was a waist of my time. Won’t come here again.
