If you happen to be at the Ontario mills mall this was located in the food court. They serve drinks, sweets, and some savory foods. To get your order it's all by kiosks and you customize your drink whether you want your drink to be overly sweet or nothing at all the choice is all yours. I order the taro and ube milk tea with a Korean bagel. The drink was ok the bagel was similar to monkey bread it was ok as well. Environment 6/10 your in a mall so chances your table is filthy or clean especially on a weekend Taste 7/10 they're just ok nothing special Price 8.5/10 good prices for what your paying for

Unexpectedly, it has osmanthus flavor. I bought osmanthus oolong and guava lemon.Very deliciousAfter purchasing, I saw the tip mentioned in the review. When I purchased it, I used a tablet and there was no hidden tip option like previous reviews mentioned. The production speed was very fast.

Terrible spot, they are always out of something or have a broken machine, so they close early or can't take orders. You are lucky if what you want is available and good luck on the wait times. This place is good but this location in Ontario is the worst!

The good thing about this square is that it has a place to eat and rest.

This was my first time trying their drinks. I ordered the Pink Guava Oasis with grape jelly and to be honest it didn't really taste as natural as they claim to be. They claim there is more fruit than sugar or other additives but it tasted more artificial and almost plastic like. I would be willing to try their pastries or coffee but not any other fruit drink. The service was neutral, I ordered from a machine and no one came to welcome me which is fine I guess.

Personally, I am not a big fan of these boba drink places. My wife and our nieces are fans of these kind of places though. So when we were at the Ontario Mills Outlet Mall, we stumbled across Zero and gave them a try. Got us a total of 3 drinks and one dessert. Wifey and the girls all enjoyed their drinks. My wife was kind enough to let me sip her drink, and it was tasty. My niece liked her Peach Blossom Mini Box. At least I think that is what it was called. This place is located at the food court of the mall. So there was plenty of seating available. Food court ambiance at its best. Service was courteous and drinks were ready in good time considering how busy they were that Saturday. Yeah, I'd return again because the girls like the place.

I like their drinks, they’re unique and taste good, not too sweet. But upon ordering at the self checkout, I noticed at the end when I was going to pay they had secretly added their own tip to my order! No pop up or indication that they added the tip at all. People who are not paying attention will not see that added charge and it’s very deceiving. What’s wrong with this place? Are they that desperate for money that they need to add tip FOR me? So ridiculous. Im disappointed because their drinks are good but I cannot support a shop that is part of this OUT OF HAND tipping culture.

Not bad, you have to order on a tablet, there is no service at the front so I'm not sure why the tablet asks for a tip. But it's a cute dessert

I ordered the pink guava Oasis and the drink is very nice but the worker there was very disappointing. She saw me and my elderly grandmother standing at the register waiting to order and we were the only ones there. She went back behind a kitchen wall out of site and didn’t appear for a while until my grandmother had to call out for her. Then she came out immediately with a grumpy face and took the order as if we were a bother to her just for being there. I wanted the lychee but she just bluntly said, oh that’s sold out, I ordered my drink and my grandmother handed her cash and again bluntly said, no cash. My grandmother asked where it said clearly that no cash is accepted because so far everything we ask is rejected. She pointed at a sticky note on the menu in corner which no one would notice. She handed me the drink pretty quickly but just with a grumpy, here you go and no bye have a nice day, smile or nothing. Definitely didn’t mind paying $6 for the drink but regretted my purchase just because the worker was a waist of my time. Won’t come here again.

For me, this spot is up there with Sunright and Omomo. My go to drink is the peach oolong with cheese foam and pine nuts, less sweet and they always deliver. I don't know who thought pine nuts would go well with tea but it's an amazing combo. There's just enough of a sprinkle to taste one every now and then when you're enjoying your drink. They have a great app that's so easy to use and tells you live how long of a wait there is! Super convenient to order one via the app and pick it up really quickly when you're strolling through the mall. Wish they would open more locations!

It's inside the mall food court, definitely go on the weekdays for less crowds! This milk tea is fresh and taste like herbal tea with a hint of sweet. They have many topping options, I got crystal boba for less sugar! The ube crossaint was flaky and not too sweet it pairs well. Love this place wish they had more locations!

Actually the boba pieces I tasted in my drink, 'Crème Brûlée,' Muddy Milk Tea were delish. The drink tasted exactly like it was named, very Creme Brûlée-ish. I'd be back for another drink. I was going for something fruity, like with grapefruit, but the barista told me that drink would be a blended drink. Pricing isn't that bad: my tea turned out $5.95 with boba and after tax. I finished the drink right before work. There could have been more boba pieces, though, but that's just my opinion. Any ways, there was no line when I waited to order my Crème Brûlée Muddy Milk. I'll have to update review again when I get my order right off the bat and not have to switch it out for a second choice. Keeping the review at 4 stars for now.
