Even though I love 85° this place has really let go... the staff looked like they where over being there. The restroom was dirty. I give it 3 stars because the milk tea was pretty good though.

It is one of my favorite places for desserts. I would dare to say that everything is perfect. My favorite cake is the mango one, but in general they are all delicious. I recommend them 100%. If you are a person who does not like sweets very much, these cakes are the best. best option

Ok, I have been here so many times, it’s overall just great. The pastries they sell here are both affordable ($2-$4/per pastry) and delicious. We loved their choco buns and sausage and cheese they make here! Their cakes here are decent as well. Black Forest to Red Velvet, they come in slices and full sized cakes!

Along with your pastries, you can choose from their variety of drinks, from coffee to boba. Although this place isn’t as known for their boba, unlike Ding Tea and Dragonfly Tea, I would say this place has pretty good boba. There’s no wait for your drinks, and cheaper than other places. My order of a large boba milk tea here is about $5, but at Ding Tea it is $8, and Dragonfly is about $8 as well.

Vietnamese coffee is literally one drop of coffee and all ice… it was gone before I even made it out the parking lot I wanted to get my money back honestly.

One of the girl in the counter is so mean. I didn't get her nameShe ignore customer and don't even offer to help. I bought a small cake and asked for candle and happy birthday sign she told me that is not included so I asked if I can buy. The other girl told her that it's included and helped me.

There are many interesting breads and rolls to try at this interesting bakery, along with a few chilled desserts and drinks. The milk tea bun was a favorite.
