Took a hot date here. The ice cream was Phenomenal! ? I love their flavor creations, and creative naming of said Ice cream flavors, using even current popular culture favorites. Definitely a great place to take dates as well as for family fun. I ordered the 'Milky bun' in which you can add the ice cream flavor of your choosing, and they insert said Ice cream of your choosing into a glazed donut. I chose 'Mint Monster' a flavor which consists of mint flavored ice cream with both chocolate chip cookie pieces and Chocolate cream filled cookie pieces inside the mint flavored ice cream. ? Also you have the option to add toppings in which I added chocolate drizzle. Very delicious! My companion ordered a 'Sunday' style creation, in which you chose a flavor as ice cream and add drizzles and/or toppings of your choosing. I also ordered a 'shake'. Another creation style they offer, in which they turn the ice cream of your choosing into a shake. I chose 'Thai tea' flavor and added whipped cream on top ?. Everything from the ice cream flavors to the creations and styles amazed me. Definitely a 5-star rating ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! And I will definitely return multiple times! My husband and I returned to Afters this evening around 10pm with our 1 year old daughter really excited to share one icecream together. We always just share one. The girl asked me if we wanted toppings on our scoop and I said yes. (They charge .75 per topping) When I got to the register I noticed unlike visits before there was such little toppings. I asked the girl if they ran out of the toppings and she very rudely snapped and said “that’s how much we ALWAYS put.” Her harsh reaction really killed our moods. Plus two weeks ago we came and enjoyed our cup of icecream and the toppings were all over the top. I told her I wasn’t gonna buy the ice cream unless she at least covered the top with the topping they are charging almost $1 for. I mean… it’s cereal. She ended up huffing and puffing and telling me she would get more but she would charge another .75 cents. I took some pictures of the ice cream on the counter and she got really mad and ran over to the topping station. When she came back she pettily handed me a really big serving of the flake topping in a whole separate cup and then just left the register/walked away. I hadn’t touched the ice cream at all at this point all she had to do to make us satisfied was cover the top with toppings. She could have easily just taken it back and put more but instead she was keen on embarrassing me in front of the entire line of people. Was I asking for too much for her to at least cover the top of my ice cream that I’m literally paying extra for? Take a look at my ice cream and tell me. Does that look like .75 worth of topping. Funny thing about topping is it literally means it will cover the top. Instead of just being nice and understanding she ended up wasting company product and being petty by giving my that large free side of flakes. How sad.

This place only, only accepts credit cards. Frustrating to get an ice cream here and I have to go to another shop to get ice cream.
Requested to use the bathroom and they said it’s only for the employees. If they offer dine in restrooms should be available. I asked manager and he said that if I wanted to call the police to do so but he wasn’t going to let me use restrooms after I spent over $70 in ice cream.

Man. This is the spot! Best ice cream in the OC and beyond. Workers are so sweet and kind, just like their ice cream . Alana served us our ice cream, portions were hearty, what a sweet gal. My daughter had the hots for the boy in the beanie. Definitely will be returning for ice cream and beanie boy!
