I came into town for work and was looking for a solid meal close to my hotel. Anepalco looked solid so I decided to give it a try.
I got the mole enchiladas because they seemed pretty unique. They were tasty and very filling but I’m not sure I’d order them again.
The service was great and the food came out very quickly. The restaurant was very pretty and well kept.

I don’t understand how this place is known for its chilaquiles when these were quite literally the worst I’ve ever had. They were a soggy mess, and despite paying an additional $10 for wagyu, there was barely any on the plate. We also ordered the Norteña Omelet, which was equally underwhelming. Service and ambiance were fine, but it doesn’t make up for the poor quality of the food. 0/10 – would not recommend.

The ambiance was very cozy. Prices were super affordable compared to other restaurants. I took my team for a holiday dinner and it was perfect.
Great ambiance for a birthday brunch! The service was prompt, attentive and friendly, although our waitress would sputter a little when we had any kind of substitution or special request. For example, she could not seem to understand that I wanted my eggs cooked "well", and she kept explaining it was "omelette style" to which I kept responding ok that's fine, i just want the omelette well done because I don't like loose or jiggly eggs. She finally stopped with the back and forth and wrote it down. Then, on another occasion, one person in my party order bottled water for himself, and another person at the table said they were ok with tap water. However, she kept insisting the bottle could be shared, even after we explained that they didn't want to share. The person who ordered bottle water just happens to prefer bottled, not tap. She had to be told a few times to bring out tap water. So besides those weird moments, the meal went over well, the food was good but a touch overpriced. The green chilaquiles, which they told me they were known for and happens to be one of my fav dishes, were tasty but weirdly mushy. In my opinion chilaquiles are more traditionally known for their crunchy nature. The green sauce was a little too tangy and had no heat, and the plate did not come with rice and beans. So it was just a plate of green, mushy tortillas and eggs. Mango cheesecake was delicious, the guacamole and homemade tortilla chips were fantastic, and everyone else seemed satisfied with their meals of carne asada and veggie omelette and pork pibil. Overall a B+
I've been to Anepalco many times now, and make it my go-to for out of town clients and guests. It never disappoints. The food is fresh and full of flavor, and the service is always friendly and amazing.
Their Chilaquiles are a work of art. The area is relatively small, but very chill atmosphere with great music.

I really loved the Mole Chicken Enchiladas I ordered with the buttery rice and beans. The portions were good for me. I liked seating outside because this night the weather was pleasant. The server was friendly and provided what we needed. We also ordered drinks and these were mixed and prepared very well. Thank you. I will definitely go back.

I sat outside with my 16 year old nephew and was able to grill him about life and girls etc in privacy and face him more found than he could eat so it was a win-win and we both had leftovers for lunch today!!!
Such an amazing place, me and my mom enjoyed every bite of everything we ate. Specifically the ceviche and queso. If you were looking for a relaxing yet exotic evening come here. Also our service was wonderful.

The food was decent but not worth what they are charging. The service was atrocious. Nobody was rude, but they were understaffed and inattentive. We went extended periods of time without the server checking on us. Everybody was out of water and we were unable to order additional drinks with our meal as the server never returned to the table until after we finished eating. Great ambiance though.
I love Anelpaco in Orange! The food is always fresh and full of flavor, and the staff treats you like family. You can tell everything's made with care — the carne asada and salsa are my favorites. It's easily one of my go-to spots in to
The food was fantastic, salsa was delicious and I could eat their queso dip forever. Service was a little clunky to start, but we had a large group, and ended up being a great experience all around.
Great food! Most authentic Mexican food you will find anywhere.

I hosted my sister's Bridal Shower Lunch there. The staff was so accommodating and helpful. The food was excellent, fresh and perfection. All guests were pleased and most importantly my sister was happy. The weather permitted us to dine outside which caused the music to be a lower in sound which was what we needed. The inside ambience, murals, artwork and live plants make it warm and inviting.
