I was given 2 vouchers for £1 off and got ripped off as the prices say it's £3.30 for a flat white coffee And £3.30 for a cuppachino but I got charged £5.60 when it should have been £4.60 for both with the prices displayed digitally in the restaurant which is against the trade description act as it states. If the price is advertised as what is charged different they have to charge you the lower price that's advertised not the price they say even if it's charged...

The service was great! I didn’t catch her name, but i was having issues with the app and she was very understanding and friendly! The pretzel was perfect. Soft and warm with the perfect amount of salt. Thanks!

Now, the pretzels and food here is really good, no denying that. However, I came here for a cinnamon roll, and it was cold and you can tell it wasn't fresh. I'm pretty sure this place is more focused on their pretzels rather than the Cinnabon, and I'm all for not wasting food (meaning I don't think the batches should get thrown away frequently). I'm just suggesting to keep them in a better warmer or even warm them up right before serving if they've...
