Avila's is always a really solid spot for authentic Mexican food that tastes great everytime. My wife and I have been here multiple times. Their staff is always on point. Food always top notch and atmosphere is a classic Mexican style restaurant with real soccer games in the bar area. Great prices for the food and drinks. Will continue to visit this place anytime we're in the area.
Visiting and missing Mexican food, friends took us here and everything was so perfect! Excellent guacamole, spicy salsa, perfectly fresh ceviche, amazing shrimp dish with very large perfectly cooked shrimp, a michelada with the best seasoning, and our server was attentive and personable recommending his favorite dish when I couldn't decide. We ate on the patio amd it was perfect for talking and catching up. I will be back 1000 times!! Loved it!
The first couple of times here were great, but the last time they put our group in a back room, everyone who ate there had stomach issues that night and the next day and my credit card was charged twice (our groups meal and someone else’s). This has gone from a go-to spot when I am in the area, to a skip for the next time.
