Well, I haven’t eaten here, but I deliver often as an UberEats driver. The staff here is not friendly at all, sometimes even rude. And they work very slowly. Today the AC is not working all they, which makes the staff even less friendly than usual.

We recently visited Baskin Robbins in Orange on Tustin Street. Really impressed with the selection they had. & the new decor & open seating options. The staff were really friendly ( as always) and helpful with picking out flavours and combinations. Always get sum hot fudge too lol. I tried out a few ice cream flavours and they were all really delicious. Chose Gold Medal Ribbon...YUMMY. There was a great variety of toppings & cones available as well. Overall, it was a great experience and We will definitely keep goin back 2 this location.Highly Recommend

I would have given 4 stars if my waffle bowl wasnt so stale that I didnt even eat it. Normally it's my favorite part :( I hope it wasn't one of the display cones. How do they store these things?? Shouldnt be hard to put it in a container to preserve freshness. Next time(only if I'm feeling impulsive) if its stale I will request a refund. Besides that the service was good, ice cream was good, but it was far too expensive for them to cheap out and give me this ancient waffle bowl. $7 for 2 scoops in a bowl I expect freshness!! I dont even care about the service. Quality over everything

Too pricey. BR doesn't pack down their pints and you end up with air pockets even though your paying outrageous prices. For as much as you pay really, you have to weigh it.
