This had to be the worst ice cream placeI've ever been too. I got a scoop of pralines and cream , first off the girl working there had zero customer service skills. The scoop I received was super soft and literally had two pralines in it. At almost $5 I just expected way more. When I looked at Yelp after and saw 3stars they aren't wrong. Only wish I had read them first before wasting $5 and the calories for that crap of a scoop.

We recently visited Baskin Robbins in Orange on Tustin Street. Really impressed with the selection they had. & the new decor & open seating options. The staff were really friendly ( as always) and helpful with picking out flavours and combinations. Always get sum hot fudge too lol. I tried out a few ice cream flavours and they were all really delicious. Chose Gold Medal Ribbon...YUMMY. There was a great variety of toppings & cones available as well. Overall, it was a great experience and We will definitely keep goin back 2 this location.Highly Recommend
Best customer service hands down. Polite and joyful. BR ice cream is always yummy with so many flavors to choose from. Inside the place is nice and clean too. Glad I made the stop. Thank you guy with the awesome t-shirt

My son and I stopped by there for two double scoops In A cup, not A sundae nothing fancy and was charged $16.38. Unbelievable. This store is a rip off.

Called multiple times to order a cake, nobody ever answers the phone. Tried to order online, they don't accept online orders. Went in to order and they quoted me $50 for a cake that costs $35 online. I asked about the price difference she said "Oh yeah, it's cheaper if you do it online" Well........

The kids liked their scoops but that's where the joy ended.... They don't do tastes like BR always have so when I did t like the kids scoop of the flavor of the month that I got they refused to swap it for something tried and true. Employee said she needed to call manager and no resolve. It was horribly grainy and not worth the calories. Alas, we said nevermind and I didn't get ice cream. We paid for the boys ice-cream after a hot little league game and paid. As we were sitting I doors eating we noticed another "guest" dead and hanging out in the middle of the floor. Needless to say, we'll go to another location or Brewster's instead next time.

In the OC oven of summertime weather, this Baskin Robbins was in the area while I was running some errands. The parking is a little cramped but luckily a spot opened up for me so no biggie. The actual establishment is super inviting as you're instantly met with the cashier. This one, Angelina I think her name was, was super friendly and literally one of the most cheerful employees I have ever met. I don't find too much joy working in food service myself, but her friendliness and understanding attitude was "ice cold" -- HAHA ! I hope she gets lots of tips and higher pay because her customer service is impeccable. She knows the ice cream flavors like the back of her hand and she was very attentive to my needs.

Angelina was the sweetest angel ever. She hooked it up with stickers and her friendly attitude was contagious, not the best word to use during a pandemic but I can't think of a more relevant one.

I purchased an ice cream cake for my sons birthday. $53 for a round serves 8-12. The cake was dry and the frosting tasted like bitter food dye. So disappointing. I should have gotten Carvel from the grocery store.
